Made a reservation for 8:30pm. When we got to hostess stand asked if there was a possibility of getting a booth. They told us in just a few minutes they could certainly do that. Well the couple at the table we were getting paid their bill and decided to stay for another almost 30 minutes. The restaurant was extremely busy. Not the restaurantâs fault that this couple was a little inconsiderate. The good news is, the food was absolutely delicious. We had the porterhouse steak, mashed potato medley for our meal. For an app, my husband got the Lobster bisque, which was delicious and I had a wedge salad. Extremely good salad. My husband had a jalapeño watermelon margarita and I had a regular mojito. Someone really knows what they are doing at the bar!!! This restaurant is not cheap!! We had a gift certificate which helped immensely. But I have to say, for a treat maybe once a year, this place is top notch!!We were happy to read you enjoyed your stay at Michael Jordan's.It's always nice to hear that we are meeting expectations. We'll let the bar know they make a nice drink. The booth seating here is worth the wait.Thank You.

We recently were at Foxwoods and decided to go to High Rollers to bowl and eat lunch. The facility was very clean and everything is very well maintained. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The food was pretty good, and the pricing was fair. The bowling is great since they offer bumpers for the kids, as well as a ball ramp to help little kids roll the ball down the lane. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Stopped in before a concert for dinner and a few drinks...service was very fast, which is always nice and they were pretty packed! Food was good but nothing out of this world, very consistent with other hard rock locations Iâve been to. I love the atmosphere and this was the first time Iâve been at a hard rock where they sang for someoneâs birthday and it was fun the way the staff announces the birthday! Nicole, Great to hear you enjoyed your visit to our cafe. We love to celebrate special occasions with our guests, whether it is a birthday, a bachelor/bachelorette party or and anniversary. Maybe we will see you again on your next special occasion, if you do make sure you let your server know.

Cozy. American/Continental Cuisine. Elegance for the casual diner. Located in Mystic, Ct just off Interstate 95. Away from the downtown traffic and parking hassles.
Went as a couple last Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. I can't comment on the food or drinks, but I can provide feedback on our awkward and uncomfortable experience. We walked and to check with the hostess and were asked if we had reservations. We said no , but don't mind if there's a wait. She actually rolled her eyes and said " Well, it's at least an hour wait!" We said that's ok and asked to place our name on the wait list. No problem we figured we'd have a drink at the bar. Bad idea! As soon as we walked in , not even taking a seat the man behind the bar tells us" There's Five People waiting for these Seats!" We hadn't even asked. He appeared to just kind of get in our faces as soon as we even dared to walk in. I've never felt so unwelcome and this did hurt my feelings. We are never turned down like this. I understand it being busy on a Friday night. But, we decided to go elsewhere not due to the wait time, but because we were uncomfortable about being served food by people who were so inconvenienced by our presence. Ended up going to Go Fish where we were welcomed and had great service, good food and awesome martinis, but that's another review.

We had dinner here Saturday night. I had a beefeater martini, ice cold and delicious. Our waiter, Randy, brought out a plate of rolls. some sweet with raspberry butter and pretzel rolls with regular butter. My husband had the wedge salad, he loved the bacon and french fried onion rings, however, the blue cheese dressing, to him, tasted like supermarket dressing. He loved the perfectly cooked medium rare rib eye and french fries. He said the rib eye was so tender. I had the Heirloom tomato & burrata salad. the burrata was soft, luscious and the aged balsamic gave it a great tang. I also had the French onion soup. The soup was piping hot, lots of onions and beef flavor and plenty, and I mean plenty of cheese. I couldn't finish it all.

We're locals so go often enough. My husband finds it too expensive but he said he'd take me for my birthday. I had the french toast special which was supposed to have granola on top...no granola. So 3 pieces of bread, 2 eggs and some sliced strawberries for $13.50! I do think that is toooooo much, especially as the granola was forgotten. Also they never list the items on your check - just the total, which to me is very annoying....how do I know I'm not getting someone else's check. The manager didn't bother returning a call. So much for professionalism.

This restaurant is a favorite of the locals. I come here on a regular basis with my husband to grab some breakfast, and it's not uncommon to see some of my relatives and other locals here as well. Depding on the time of day you can sit and join in on any number of discussions at the counter as the locals talk about everything from the weather to politics. The restaurant has two sides, one is traditional dining, the other is counter. In the center is an ice cream counter. The staff are always friendly and the food is good. It's not gormet, but it's not supposed to be. It's more like mom's home cooking. Be warned though, you order the pancakes by the number you want because they are size of dinner plates. My husband, who normally eats a "full stack" anywhere else, can only eat 2 here. The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly. And the prices are reasonable. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxed meal that is more homey then foody.
In this new area & of course most of us know that a Subway is generally a safe bet when hungry. 2 young women on duty were well-groomed, bustling around working but not too much to stop & be nice, answer my specific questions & be professional. After discussion I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub - 12" & loved every bite! Another example of how the staff of any establishment makes or breaks the business! Bravo to these hard-working, courteous & conscientious employees & please tell them I sent you after I am now getting them listed on Trip Advisor.....you are welcome.I was there for a relatively long time eating & heard how pleasant & professional they were to all customers both in-person & on the phone so I know this must be their policy - which is terrific.

Food was expensive but very good. The staff we encountered seemed distracted and miserable and the environment was cold, with seemingly little effort expended on making it warm or inviting. As another reviewer mentioned, we also felt rushed. Despite this, I would most likely return here.
