Alcobendas (Spanish pronunciation: [alkoˈβenðas]) is a city located in the Community of Madrid, central Spain. It is located roughly 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Madrid and 7 kilometres (4 mi) from Barajas International Airport. It includes a central urban zone, a recently built district known as Valdelasfuentes, La Moraleja and El Soto de la Moraleja residential zones, the Valdelatas nature reserve and a light industrial estate. A huge business park called Valdelacasa for high-tech firms is being built. It is the location of a basketball museum organised by the Pedro Ferrándiz Foundation where the FIBA Hall of Fame is located.

Very pleasantly surprised to find this fantastic restaurant. It has been here since the 1800s and some of the decor hails to that period, giving the place a classic old world feel.Does not open until 9, as we got there at 8.30 and had to have a drink to wait for it to open.The food was superb, we has the mixed ham and cheese platter starter and it was the best selection of dried meat I have had.We then have a selection for main, Ox steak, only done one way Raw, suckling pig, lamb shank and the stew. All were delicious, well cooked and tasted great.Defiantly will visit again.

Para tomar un menú de los de toda la vida. Ensalada, un rico y tierno asado cln un buen vino. Y lo mejor de todo, en pleno centro de San Sebastián, para poder ir y volver andando y asà bajar la comida.El sitio es pequeño, aconsejable ir a tomar un aperitivo y probar los aperitivos para comprobar que merece la pena.

A frequent business travelers, my colleagues and I are always on the hunt for the best meat in town... For this meat, we unfortunately had to leave the City of Madrid, but it was totally worth it! The meat was excellent, the service great ant the best is the big "Parrilla" grill, that forms the heart of the restaurant. It is so great, to watch the Parrillero prepare your Dinner.I loved it!

My Madrileños friends recommended this for lunch on my last day as it was close to my hostal & Puerta del Sol for trains to the airport or Atocha station. It's a Brazilian bbq style restaurant in a modern & clean interior. It was a very hot day so we took a table at the rear where there is air conditioning, while the front is open to the sky. For 13⬠we had more than we could eat, with different meats arriving at regular intervals, salads, beans & grilled vegetables, The service was friendly throughout.Muchas gracias por su comentario, esperamos que vuelvan pronto por Brasayleña.

I went here with a local work colleague as I wanted a steak.Thoughout the two hours we were there no one else arrived.....more a sign of the recession rather than a poor restaurent.Service was very attentive and the steak arrived cooked as we wanted part well done and part under.Tasted great and can't fault anything.Just try on a Friday or at lunchtime.

Really exceptional beef, I never thought I'd find better ribs that our local Welsh Black. Perfectly prepared. Before that we had the baby squid (also excellent), bottle of good wine but at â¬120 for two is expensive but totally worth it for the beef. Ambiance clearly suffers from being in the shopping mall and the dining room has no charm, but the service was great. It really is all about the beef!!!
