It is located roughly 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Madrid and 7 kilometres (4 mi) from Barajas International Airport. It includes a central urban zone, a recently built district known as Valdelasfuentes, La Moraleja and El Soto de la Moraleja residential zones, the Valdelatas nature reserve and a light industrial estate. A huge business park called Valdelacasa for high-tech firms is being built. It is the location of a basketball museum organised by the Pedro Ferrándiz Foundation where the FIBA Hall of Fame is located.

Mayeâs Bistro is a great option if you want to try a different, but yet, traditional hamburger at Madrid's north side (Alcobendas, Las Tablas, Sanchinarro...).The bread was perfect! Not soggy at all but warm and soft as to make the whole experience a very nice one.The meat was delicious, 100% beef cooked exactly as ordered (not too rare, not too cooked...)The sauce, extremely good! (I've tried an amazing bacon - antique mustard - roasted onion mayonnaise)The french fries, a crispy, tasty, perfect side.And the beer, oh! the beer! It came to me with the right temperature when most wanted.Highly recommended!

The burgers are perfectly sized. I know this is cliché: but the burgers are seriously tender, thick, and juicy. The bun is not fluffy like other burger joints I've eaten good burgers at but i think it pairs perfectly well with how juicy the burger patty is. The fries. Perfect. Their caprese is delicious. Would definitely crave their burgers again.

I have already written reviews about this restaurant, but about other spots, I only have not been at La Castellana branch, this was my first at this new and last opening.My burger was really good as usual, a landmark. May be out of the regular attraction routes as it is not in the downtown, but if you are around it deserves a visit.
