A nice representation of the brand. Friendly and quick service, the place was clean and fresh, though they did open. Parking is a little tight as it's in a small shopping center in another shopping center parking lot. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Disappointed. Was our favorite Mexican restaurant - probably not anymore. Margaritas and beer were good, service was OK, like every restaurant, Enchilada seemed to be shorter than used to be and the cheese was not hot, and crispy rellino was not crispy. We'll try again, sometimes new ownership takes a little time to get things n in order.

First time here - it was fine - the Chile Relleno was good but the burrito and enchilada were mediocre - they got my order wrong but since the service was just ok I didnât bother to have them fix it - wouldnât recommend or go back because in a city this big surely there is a better Mexican restaurant

This convenient location to the Castle Rock outlet mall was our choice for lunch before we headed north to Denver. There were six of us, hungry and with varied food preferences. We all got exactly what we wanted, served all at the same time, and it was all delicious! I had the chicken taco lunch special which came with a fresh yummy salad. The waitress kindly substituted broccoli for the french fries and I had a very good meal. Others had hamburgers, which they loved, or a gluten-free option of corn tortillas for the chicken tacos. Awesome meal -- I also want to commend our waitress - and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She remembered exactly what each of us wanted and served us in exactly the right order. Impressive...

My brother considers this his second favorite Mexican restaurant in the area, but it is the best one I went to during my visit. I got enchiladas de espinaca. Often Mexican restaurants (and others) don't try very hard with vegetarian dishes, but these were delicious. My niece got a cheese quesadilla which was gigantic. All of us enjoyed our food and the service. I will happily go back next time I'm in the area.

Whether you are looking for a relaxing lunch, family-friendly dinner or night out to enjoy excellent margaritas, the Old Blinking Light welcomes you! Influenced by a Taos, NM background, the superb menu offers a wide range of fresh flavors and tastes. Ame
Was with fiver others in HIghlands Ranch so Old Blinking LIght was super convenient. It serves a pretty diverse menu at decent prices. All in all a fine night of pretty good dining. But not good enough for five stars. Service was ok--and food came out quickly and was good. Décor is nothing special. All in all a decent nights dinner at decent prices.

My wife and I enjoy going to Carlos Miguel's in the summer and sitting on their patio, which overlooks much of Castle Rock. After several visits we've settled on sharing fajitas & ordering margaritas. I only say that because most other things we've ordered, we simply haven't been overly impressed with. Their food is decent and edible but when I'm paying for food I would prefer to pay for something that I can't make myself at home. That said, it's a good convenient local spot. Thanks for your feedback, we are currently in the process of a menu change. We hope you stop by soon and try one of our new dishes!
