The City of Thornton is a home rule municipality in Adams and Weld counties in the U.S. state of Colorado, located in the northeast quadrant of the Denver-Aurora-Broomfield, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area. Thornton is 10 miles (16 km) north/northeast of downtown Denver. The United States Census Bureau reported the city's growing population at 118,772 on April 1, 2010, a 44.2% increase from the 2000 Census population of 82,384. Thornton is the sixth-most populous city in the state of Colorado and the 213th-most populous city in the United States.

We had pulled off the highway to get gas early yesterday AM and noticed this place across the parking lot. They had an amazing selection of fresh donuts of course, but tons of other great looking baked and pastry goods. Great place!

lunch today (1/9/17) consisted of a finely prepared tuna salad on a GLUTON-FREE bun. very fresh. service was wonderful. clean-and-pleasant surroundings. located on the north side of a large S/C that you'll likely enter from the southside off 104 Av which is a few hundred yards from I-25.

Short but good menu with a lot of healthy stuff. Salads, soups and sandwiches. Order and pay at the counter, take a number and they deliver to your table. Not fancy but it works.We had a turkey + avocado sandwich and salad - bit were very good.This place by design is very noisy - hard surfaces on floor, ceiling and walls.It's a little pricey, I guess they have to spread overhead over a short day.

Decided to try the new restaurant that went into the old Egg n I. Same great service but they really expanded their menu and I am guessing they got some new chefs because the food was very, very good.Thank you for your review. We rebranded, remodeled and reopened as MORNING STORY. We are the same owners as Egg & I. Yes, we have expanded our menu and added some specialty drinks, such as Mimosas and Bloody Marys! We want to be the best breakfast spot in Colorado. Hope to see you again soon!

Early Bird has one of the best weekend brunches around! It is just so hard to decide what to order each time.On this most recent visit, we started with vanilla lattes and cappuccinos and they were delicious. The pancakes, eggs, biscuits, huevos rancheros, breakfast potatoes, and sausages were all tasty and plentiful. I don't believe there is anything bad on this menu.You get great service, delicious food, and huge portions when dining here. I will be back!
