Hip, energetic and upscale, yet delightfully unpretentious. The cuisine is inspired by the high alpine cultures of the Alps, Pyrenees and our own Colorado Mountains. Executive Chef Tyson Peterson utilizes the best of all fresh, local and organic ingredien
I booked a Sunday Brunch reservation for 8 girlfriends 2 weeks in advanced and received a confirmation text 3 days in advance. On the morning of the brunch the restaurant canceled 2 hours before our reservation. When I called to inquire the manager said they havenât served brunch all month and never even apologized. Very disappointing!! Krself,We're terribly sorry you had this experience with your brunch reservation. We do discontinue our brunch service in the winter months as most people are out on the mountain. However, that certainly should have been better communicated with you and your friends. Please feel free to call me directly at 970.477.8053 to discuss this further. I'd love for you to come experience Leonora. Best regards,Danielle PollockDirector of Food & Beverage

We had a great lunch outside at the Beaver Creek Chophouse. Service delivered by Alaska John was outstanding. He was friendly, polite, responsive and was great at following up to see if all was OK. Food was very good and the draft beer very cold! Combine this with such a beautiful location at the base of Beaver Creek mountain made for a great lunch! We will return!

We went to Elways thinking of doing apps and drinks on the patio; after the first round of drinks and apps, we decided to order dinner.the grilled artichoke is out of this world, steaks are always excellent, cocktails and wine on the patio was very relaxing. the only gripe are Elway's sides, they are a rip-off for the price! Elway's...cut the price by half!!!!!

Conveniently located at the base of the Gondola in Lionshead Village, the Vail Chophouse offers incredible views of Vail Mountain and sits amidst all the activity of the area. The slopeside restaurant additionally features great steaks and fresh seafood,
I have been avoiding this place since it opened...thought it would be too pretentious, full of the well-healed older crowd. Man, I was wrong. The place was alive. The decor was top-end, but it was very warm and inviting. Our server was attentive and fun. And the menu had a great range of seafood, beef, pork. But it was winner winner chicken dinner. They had a fried chicken entree that was AMAZING! Poutine was excellent. My wife was very happy with her oysters app and trout entree. Well stocked bar as well. Fun and delicious place. We are delighted you decided to give us a try and even more so that you enjoyed your dining experience! Thanks for sharing the great review and we look forward to hosting you again soon! Drop in for our famous Après Ski Live Music Daily 3-6 and a late show on Saturday 9-11!

Just across the Covered Bridge in Vail Village is Bridge Street's warm, cozy and oldest steak house - Russell's. We have a friendly, relaxing atmosphere with wonderful Creekside dining. Russell's features dry aged Certified Angus beef, along with delightf
We wanted steaks for dinner, but didn't necessarily want to pay "Vail" prices, so we picked Russell's. The food was good, nothing to go crazy about. We ordered 2 tenderloins and 2 rib eyes and all were cooked to our specifications. The waitress raved about the scalloped potatoes that accompanied the steaks so we were excited to try them. Meh ~ on the scalloped potatoes. Overall, we had a nice steak dinner at Russell's and service was great.

Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte
Ate at this restaurant several times on my recent stay at the Four Seasons hotel. Everything was top notch as expected. There is plenty of seating the space and the staff is quick and courteous. I highly recommend the Belgian waffles. For dinner appetizers I recommend the Rocky Mountain Elk Corn Dogs. If you have an open budget the 40oz porterhouse wagyu was to die for. If youâre on a budget the filet mignon and the SRF Wagyu Flat Iron are great cuts. The hidden gem is the Maine Lobster Mashed Potatoes. Overall you get your moneys worth here.

It's expensive and I don't like cooking my own food, but other than that it was awesome. The owner was walking around greeting everyone and our waitress was incredibly friendly, even after cleaning up 3 spilled drinks from my kids. The steaks were wonderful and the dessert (Minturn Tator) was absolutely delicious. Yes, it's kind of a hole in the wall, but it's in a small town, it's what we expected. The magician/ bartender was FANTASTIC. We were expecting our 5 year old to be amazed, but not much else. It might as well have been David Copperfield, we were blown away. For a small town steak house the service was excellent, the food was quality, and the experience was amazing!
