Best rooftop in Longmont, with mouthwatering mountain pies, burgers and brews. If you're a lover of craft brews, look no further than Beau Jo's Longmont. From porters and pilsners, to everything in between, you will enjoy numerous craft beers from local b
Wow, can't decide if it was a pizza or a subway with pizza toppings! Our 1st trip we ordered the Colorado style pizza. It was yummy, but note if you need to watch your carbs you may need a different choice. It was very loud, so hard to visit. HOWEVER, my biggest issue was we had a 3 year old with us who didn't like her burgers. She told the waitress who brought her a cheese pizza! YES, the waitress let a 3 year old order!! We were all shocked! I should have protested when paying, but with the 3 year old being busy i forgot! It was ok, but not sure if it lived up to its hype. We're so glad you enjoyed your Colorado Style Pizza, thanks for visiting with us! We enjoyed serving your family and will earn back those two stars next time!

My family and I are dinner here twice. The food was great both times. I typically avoid ravioli dishes because Italian restaurants do not offer belly filling portions. Anthony's is the exception. All portions were filling. The cooks in the back are a jubilant bunch. Singing songs to the best of their ability, and clearly enjoying the night.

Hands down, this is the best pizza in Colorado! The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce is tangy, and the toppings are amazing. My family happens to love the Salami and Basil with a great glass of red wine. Yum!

My husband and I visit Longmont 2-3 times a year, and had been looking for a good pizza place. We love ultra-thin crust and we love interesting flavor combinations. Heâs happy with little to no cheese. I despise tomato sauce on my pizza and prefer pesto or just olive oil. And we both love a good salad. Protoâs fills the bill and then some!We discovered Protoâs back in November of 2018, and visited the Longmont location once on that trip. We came back twice in March of 2019. On all visits the freshness of the ingredients really shone through. We have three favorite pies. My husband loves the Tomato Pie (âProtoâs own red sauce, crushed Italian tomatoes, Kosher salt and oreganoâ). And no cheese! It is meant to be that way! First pizza place we have ever been to that there is a pizza menu choice in its natural state with no cheese! My Mom loves this one as well, with ham added to the mix.My two go-to pies are the Ruby Pie and the Pontiff Pie. The Ruby has pesto, rather than tomato sauce, mozzarella and feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and artichoke hearts. This is such a great pie â tart and salty and delicious. I thought the Ruby would be my go-to forever, but on our second visit to a Protoâs on our recent trip (Lafayette location) I tried the Pontiff, and I am so sold! The Pontiff, again, has no tomato sauce. But so many fresh flavors â olive oil, garlic, fresh spinach, roasted tomatoes (incredibly flavorful!), mozzarella and feta. Now I have the hardest time choosing.Dine in service has always been great, and calling ahead for pick up is a breeze. I know that weâll be wishing for Protoâs when we are back home in Florida â that crust is just perfect and the innovative toppings are wonderful.

Caprese Tratoria has settled down and become one of our regular dinner spots. In its earlier days they seemed inconsistent in both food and service but have become better. We generally come in after the ârushâ and are often the last to leave. The line cooks still seem to have an aversion to use red pepper, so if you want spicy you have to ask. Nice wine list at reasonable prices. We are currently eating a keto diet and you can dine here and stay keto with the right choices.

Ordered a pizza for pickup, and was there when it was ready. Only had 2 blocks to go, and when we opened the box, the pizza was already lukewarm. Crust was hard to chew! Ingredients were sparce! For the price we paid (triple the cost of any other pizza place) we definitely did NOT get our money's worth! Won't be returning!

Treppeda's Ristorante is a unique Italian restaurant in Niwot offering delicious food and great wine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The atmosphere at dinner is upscale in the dining room with comfortable spacing between tables and nice visual appeal. The Italian wine selection is adequate with a lot of Tuscan, Piedmont, Veneto and Sicilian wines but disappointingly missing some other key regions, notably no Umbrian vineyards are represented. Neither did we see any organic wines, such as a delightful and consistently-awarded Chianti Classico, Badia a Coltibuono that should be part of every fine restaurant's cellar. For our antipasti, we selected the piatto di salumi for 2 that presented well and was excellent. We also tried the gazpacho soup, almost to see if an Italian restaurant might prepare this Spanish soup with a bit of a twist. Served very cold, it again, was a wonderful presentation but it missed the mark with this reviewer, with the soup being overwhelmed with too much bell pepper and salt. For our primi piatti, we tried the spaghetti polpette that is delightful; served with a generous serving of pasta, three angus beef and heritage pork meatballs, and a san Marzano sauce. The pasta is not handmade but was cooked perfectly and served hot. I recommend you try the Polpette from the antipasti menu or with this dish--you won't be disappointed. We also tried the fettuccine, a better pasta choice-that was housemade. The Caesar salad was true. In fairness, we decided not to continue our meal, and if we were to return, we would try their sea bass, lamb chops and see how they prepare the Sicilian braciole. The biggest disappointment was that the service was not spot-on; as the atmosphere and menu demands that level of service. A dirty fork was rolled in our fresh linen. The waiter didn't attend the table after delivery of the primi piatti, our water glasses remained empty through the meal; very, very basic service errors that might keep guests from ever returning. Clearly, they are a favorite spot to dine but their level of attentiveness suggests that they have no design on becoming noticed by Michelin.
