We have lived in close proximity to Pazzo's in Eagle and have gone there repeatedly. Last was finally the night that sealed that we will no longer get any food from Pazzo's. In the past, we have had dishonest cashiers add unauthorized tips to our take-out order and upon calling were mocked by the "manager" on duty for arguing about the small amount of money that was stolen.I really enjoy a good eggplant parmesan sandwich and that is my usual order when we bought from Pazzo's. There have been times I have ordered eggplant and have gotten chicken parmesan instead. Not what I ordered at all. I am not a vegetarian but if you are, check your sandwich carefully. Finally last night, my husband ordered the hot Italian sub. On the menu, it is described as having green bell peppers, onion, tomato, and Italian dressing. His sandwich had meat and cheese. It was really a disappointing sandwich. That sums up Pazzo's. A disappointment. We have given them our business time and again hoping to support a local business only to be let down. No more. We have learned our lesson.

We love pizza, so we usually enjoy pizza, especially after a day of skiing. So we ordered half four cheese and half jalapeño and pineapple.. cheesey bread and some cinnamon sticks! The four cheese was WAY too much cheese, which made it thicker than the actually crust, on my half I had the same problem too much cheese, as if that's a problem with pizza, HOWEVER the cheesey bread was bomb and the cinnamon sticks WHOLLY MOLLY they were so delicious I wish I ordered two! It comes with frosting and it's so warm and gooooey inside, oh man I wish I could have some more right now!

Situated in one of those faux Main Street shopping areas that spring up in suburbia, donât go looking for lots of character. Everything in this area is about 30 seconds old. Beers are decent enough. Tried a few, the imperial stout was the best. Didnât try the food but looked decent. Service wasnât exactly friendly but was efficient, they seemed super understaffed. Thereâs outdoor tables as well. If youâre a beer geek looking for the true Colorado local stash type experience this probably isnât it. But itâs not a bad place either.

At Pickupâs Pizza Company, pizza isnât just business, its passion. Our pizza is exceptional because we take the time to do things right. We make our dough every day, using locally milled, organic, Colorado winter wheat. We add fresh yeast and rich malt re
... we must really really love this place! Pickups makes truly delicious pizza, especially if you go for their special combos and the deep dish. My son always goes thin crust, but I find their deep pan pizza to be reminiscent of the delicious goodness you get in Chicago. I like working my way around the menu, but my favorite go to has to be The Lasagne. This is a real local joint, don't expect white glove service and your food to come 'fast.' If you are really up for the ideal scenario, go to Bonfire Brewing and order your pizza on their red 'bat phone.' You can nosh on your tasty pie while sipping the best CO brews all at the same time. If you dine in, relax, play a few rounds of Galaga or Ms. Pac Man and your delish zah will be ready in no time.

While visiting friends in Eagle, we visited Luigi's one evening and I had a great meal. This is one of their favorite Eagle eateries and it did not disappoint. I started with the calamari and finished with a very good thin crust Hawaiian pizza, all of which was washed down with some very good locally brewed ice cold beer. Service was cordial but a bit slow; it appeared they may have been short handed that particular evening. But good company, good conversation and good food made up for the slow service.

The pizza is great. The fire it our of a trailer, so expect to take it with you. It's just like Fortune's pizza (formerly located in Eagle and Oak Creek, Colorado).
