Fast, casual Vietnamese food in Breckenridge. Steps away from the gondola just off Main St. Pho, Ban mi, Vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and more.
Cute spot and very delicious. The Pho is great. They have a vegan broth option which allowed my husband and I to go eat here. Super casual, small spot. 2-3 outdoor tables and just a few indoors, too. A little pricey but fresh ingredients.

My ski instructor recommended this place... the owner used to be the chef at Keystone Ranch. I said "that's all I need to know".Lunch here is equivalent in quality to dinner at a fine restaurant, at Frisco prices. My wife had a Reuben sandwich that was elevated to stardom... I believe they cure the corned beef in house. I had the pork loin with apple bacon sauce.See my attached photo of dessert... Chocolate cake, frosted, enrobed in ganache, two saucesm garnished with two gelatos and the spoon stuck in it is a sugar cookie. This was the greatest discovery of this year's ski vacation.

A fusion restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scotty Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical
Dine at Ember if you love delicious food, wonderful people, and a beautiful environment. The drink menu, the wine choices, the appetizers and entrees were creative, delectable, and presented in the most unique way. The Sexy Woman cocktail was well worth the joking. The Lobster Enchiladas appetizer was so good that we ordered a second. The four of us loved the Pumpkin Red Curry Tamales, Elk, Scallops and Wagyu New York Steak. We finished by sharing the homemade Blueberry ice cream with cinnamon waffle bits. Everything was fantastic. Hospitality by our host Max and server Connor was first class and the dining room is tastefully decorated. The chef and owner Scott Boshaw invited us to the kitchen and shared his passion for creating food in Breckenridge that surpasses everything else. Bravo Ember!!!!!!
