We used to go to this restaurant when it was an Italian place. I visited this restaurant by myself on a Saturday in March. They had taken down the Italian decorations, but nothing else had changed. The food was wonderful. I took photos and texted them to my husband. He was excited to try Pho 81. We went together the following Thursday, and it was a "Twilight Zone" experience. It was the same location, but everything about the restaurant was different. Where were the friendly, polite Asian waitresses? They had been replaced by clueless American kids. When we asked our waiter questions about the menu, he said he had never eaten there. Why were the televisions blasting soap operas? We never received our check, so we went to the counter. Approximately 5 people gathered around the owner to try and figure out which bill was ours. They kept insisting that we had ordered enough for 4 people, We finally snagged our "waiter" and asked him to come over. After going over with him what we had ordered, he shrugged and said he didn't remember. It was exasperating. Was the restaurant sold that week? Do the lovely young waitresses only work on weekends and go to high school during the week? The simple solution for us to go to the wonderful Pho restaurant on Bridge Street.

I have eaten at Asian Inn in Brighton, CO several times before, but have always gone in and placed an order and waited for it. This time I was going to call my order in ahead of time and pick it up on my way home. To my surprise, they've made it possible for you to order online, give you a pick up time, and allow you to pay all on their website. I was super excited to roll in, pick up my food and roll out. Great experience and a total added benefit to those of us who haven't memorized their menu yet!
I really like beef and broccoli and that's what I try first in most Chinese restaurants and theirs was very good and my wife had cashew chicken and she is fussier than me and she enjoyed hers too.
Where to eat Pub food in Brighton: The Best Restaurants and Bars
My husband and I have gone to the lunch buffet here a few times. Each time we have enjoyed it very much. The service is always great and the food is delicious. There is a lot offered on the buffet for lunch and the naan is very good. I have gotten takeout for dinner also and the portions are big. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and if you have never had Indian food then give it a try.

This is a buffet with a good selection ,they also offer a sushi bar and a Mongolian grill option included in the price. It's all you can eat at a fair price and the food is good .Wife says we will go back so it's a keeper. Not fancy but good service and friendly staff. It's located on main street in old Downtown Brighton so lots of convinient parking.

I love Pho TJ. I've been coming here since they opened, and have yet to be disappointed. The Pho is the best I've ever tasted; the recipes are from the owner's family. The owner and staff are all related and they make you feel like part of their family. The restaurant is always clean and well-kept with fresh flowers on every table. The good word about this place must have gotten out, because lately this place is always at least a little busy. Make sure you go, you won't regret it!
