After having a large lunch, we were looking for some appetizers and beer and thatâs just what we got. We had the guacamole and chips which was tasty and the pretzel bites which come with beer cheese and grainy mustard. The bites were warm and cheery and the beer cheese was amazing. (Iâd love to find a recipe since it was smooth and dippable and yet served at room temp.) And we both really like the Octoberfest beer.

This is a cool little pub & a great place to watch football on a Sunday BUT the portion sizes are disappointing. The food itself was average but would have been more acceptable had the portion sizes warranted the price. Service was slow but our waiter was personable.

Had lunch at Maggie's Kitchen (same building but separate entrances) but Mr. Grumpy Pants wasn't open then....which made me grumpy! Sign said "will open 4ish..." Walked around town and by 3ish he was already open. The Smoked Brown Ale was pretty good! Sat outside enjoying the views of Ouray.

Just a plain old fashioned BAR. The way they used to be. Not fancy but down to earth. Older & does allow smoking, so no food or anyone under 21. Only pool table in town. Also older pinball machine & an electronic dart board.
