Who would have thought a sleepy, little town like Mancos would have such a fabulous restaurant?Midway through our three week roadtrip we decided to give ourselves a break from the standard burgers, tacos etc and treated ourselves to a wonderful meal at Olios. They have a great wine list too.It is a bit expensive but so worth it.

There were four of us for dinner on a Sunday night - the dinning area was not full but there were several diners at several tables in the area. Each of us ordered something different and all of us shared with each other for a tasting feast. Our server Tracy was very friendly and had a beautiful smile! Our food was very tasty and filling. However - we did order the house SPECIAL DESSERT - the Robert Redford! If you eat here you MUST order this dessert - the first bite will send you to heaven! Just try it - you will like it - thrust me!

We are an independently natural foods store, with a cafe and espresso bar. We have a great selection of local and organic produce, bulk goods, organic dairy items, locally raised meat, and all goods baked in our store are gluten free.
We stopped here for lunch, had awesome sandwiches and a salad. Very reasonably priced. Espresso was excellent and spicy ginger chai latte was out of this world. If we pass by again weâll stop again - for sure! Ah i almost forgot, very friendly staff too!

The Columbine Bar is the oldest continuously operating bar in Colorado having been in business since 1903. It's a traditional bar even down to the tin ceiling, a bit dark inside with several reminders of its past on the walls. They have a selection of Colorado micro brews on tap as well as some imports and all the normal domestic beers and a full liquor bar. We ate a pizza which was taken from the freezer and cooked in a large oven behind the bar, the barman was expert at this process and produces a quite respectable pizza, he makes them a little crispy to overcome the defrosting process. Also had the chicken wings which were fine but nothing special. This seemed to be the only food that was available.Friendly staff and locals, several TVs showing sports.
What great food! They have gourmet brats with the fixins. I had the chicken thai brat and my husband had the chicken bacon brat. They also have super traditional pork brats. They have street tacos too. Currently they are at Fenceline Cidery in Mancos. You will need to check their facebook site for dates and locations. Almost forgot to mention their awesome desserts!
