Reviews on Italian food in Snowmass Village, Colorado, United States. Despite its name and reputation as a world-class ski resort, Snowmass is not just a one-season Colorado wonder. More than 3,000 acres of terrain parks and halfpipes woo skiers and snowboarders, but 40 miles of hiking and biking trails keep active travelers on the move when the snow melts. The mountain town's boutiques and casual eateries complement the festivals, free music events and rodeo held each summer. When the flakes fall again, a groomed cross-country ski trail links Snowmass to Aspen.

So I am gluten intolerant, not celiac so I am able to eat gluten free items even when Iâm a kitchen with other flour. So I saw on the menu a 10â gluten free pizza and was skeptical not wanting the typical Udi crust that tastes like cardboard, so I opted for the fettuccini alfredo with gluten free pasta! It was so good. I havenât asked but it was so good like they make it themselves. It was pricey for pasta dishes in general but very good. I think the regular price is $17 and add $4 for gluten free pasta for the fettuccini alfredo. My sister ordered a slice of pepperoni and a side Caesar salad and her total was about $9. Her slice was thin and pretty greasy. Overall we were very pleased. Atmosphere is more like a nice Italian restaurant than a place where you would get pizza by the slice. Tonight we had more people to feed so I decided to try the gluten free pizza. It was AMAZING! The beat gluten free pizza I have had in the couple of years since going gluten free. I may have to go back the next two days and have it again both times. I didnât think to take a picture until I was almost finished but you can get an idea. We ordered the large cheese pizza (more like how they make the pizza that they serve as slices only) a smaller pizza we saw on another table looked a little more like hand tossed and like my yummy gluten free crust, so we may opt for that the next time. I am shocked and amazed at how good it was and look forward to having it again!!

Ordered pizza and salad from here one evening. Nothing crazy about the pizza...average. Ingredients seemed to be high quality. Enjoyed a catered meal here a few days after which was good. Baked ziti, cream based ziti with spinach and a salad. Sort of like the pizza, nothing crazy special about it but certainly above average. Perfect if needing to feed a group! Should be noted, both meals were takeout.
