Gabe's is now in Firestone Colorado. The location is central, near the Safeway store and right next to Ace Hardware. They have a new building (I believe Gabe's is also in Dacono) and the place is nice, casual dining. I had breakfast at about 10 a.m. Having the O'Brien, (hash browns and eggs), it was tasty and well plated. The servers are efficient, attentive and kind. The price per person was about $13.00, an average amount. The portions were of good size.

We don't have Waffle Houses in California so if I'm hungry and it's even remotely close to breakfast time I always stop. They can be hit and miss. Some of them aren't as clean as the others, some of them are greasier than others.... this one couldn't have been more perfect. It was clean and bright and the food was perfectly prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful and I have to admit it was one of the best breakfasts I've had in as long as I can remember!

Had a business meeting in the area. After the meeting this place was recommended to us for lunch. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was extremely breaded and the chipd arrived cold. The other stated their meals were okay as well. Not much to highlight about the meals.

Stopped on a whim bc we love old diners. We loved the ambience and our server was friendly. The food portions are huge and appeared quickly. It was tasty and we liked each of our orders. We serve a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Big Bopper Special on Monday through Friday is the best breakfast deal in town, bar none. Burgers are Colorado Gold Canyon Ranch fresh beef and Chicken Tenders are fantastic. Thank you again!Brian
