Decided to try the new restaurant that went into the old Egg n I. Same great service but they really expanded their menu and I am guessing they got some new chefs because the food was very, very good.Thank you for your review. We rebranded, remodeled and reopened as MORNING STORY. We are the same owners as Egg & I. Yes, we have expanded our menu and added some specialty drinks, such as Mimosas and Bloody Marys! We want to be the best breakfast spot in Colorado. Hope to see you again soon!

We tried this rapidly expanding chain because it is new to metro Denver. Their emphasis on scratch and fresh made is appealing, but is limited by plastic dishes and a "fast food" feel. A shrimp entree order was compact and good. The Greek-chicken salad, with Shrimp added was large and creative in appearance. The roast beef sandwich promised medium rare, but the result was overdone beef; when we noted this, they remade it to be less overdone (but not really medium rare). A Chicken salad sandwich was large but had an excess of mayonnaise. Worth a visit to make your own choice.
