Named "Best Restaurant in 2011", Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar has taken Fort Collins by storm. Serving up the freshest, most sustainable seafood alongside the highest quality, farm-fresh local produce, Jax has quickly become an Old Town favorite. Jax happy
Though this place is in land-locked Colorado, it has a vibe more like coastal northern California. Nice decor (including a large marine aquarium), pleasant casual ambience, and very good service and food. Fish, crab, calamari, and shellfish from both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts are available, prepared in inventive and delicious ways. Kids will enjoy drawing on the butcher-paper tablecloths with crayons that are provided, while adults sample from a very good selection of wines, craft brews, cocktails and liqueurs. This was our first time there, visiting from San Diego. It will not be our last. :-)Hello Taylor!Thank you for the great review as it looks like your time with us here at Jax met or hopefully exceeded the expectations you had, especially with you coming from San Diego. Our daily deliveries of oysters and other seafood from both coastlines allows us to provide you with the freshest fish possible and am so glad we could make it happen on our end for all ages. I truly appreciate you taking the chance and making the choice to dine with us and look forward to when that will happen again.Sincerely,Sam Taylor - General Manager

I loved my bbq chicken quinoa bowl with large slices of fresh avocado, squash, cauliflower, spinach and more in a yummy sauce. My husband had the perfect hamburger with a side of broccoli topped in fresh garlic. Our friend had the Med Bowl filled with fresh veggies and garbanzo beans. Very tasty!

It's simple. We enjoy cheese. We enjoy people. And we think you do, too. That's why we invite you to experience The Welsh Rabbit Bistro. The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Bistro (200 B Walnut Street), provides a relaxing space with Old World charm for enjoying good
A good place to spend time among your friends since most of the menu is to share. They have excelent cheeses, may be 100 different ones, and also meet, like salame, smoked duck, bison pastrami, etc.A found prices very competitive, good relationship price-quality. Located in the heart of old downtown.
