Reviews on Fusion food in Winter Park, Colorado, United States. Despite its name, Winter Park is really a destination for all seasons. The Winter Park resort draws skiers and snowboarders in the winter and mountain bikers in the summer. Trailblazers may take to the woods on snowmobiles or cross-country skis in the snowy months, but when the sun comes out those same trails are perfect for hiking and the water is high for rafting. Spring wildflowers, summer wildlife, fall colors and crystalline winters make Winter Park a true natural wonder all year long.

Took takeout tacos to the park. They were excellent! The blackened Mahi-mahi was very flavorful and the plantain was very good also.Hi Tim, We are very glad that you enjoyed our tacos. I would like to clarify for our future guests that we normally can't accommodate takeout orders since we have a very small kitchen. We are very glad you were able to enjoy our tacos at the park and hope next time you can join us indoors. We offer great margaritas and a fun ambiance.Thank you for your review,

A distillery pub, serving a wide selection of craft cocktails, wine, one of the best beer selections in town, and small plate/tapas fare. Visit our website to book a tour or stop in any time to sample some tasters or a cocktail.
We stopped in to grab and drink, which was wonderful ! Strong and inventive. They do need more "warm" drinks on the menu. Next time we will stop by for dinner. The interior has a great vibe with the window into the distillery. Thanks for stopping in and taking the time to leave us a positive review! If you do stop in for dinner, definitely say hi if I am around!

We had heard there was a new restaurant in town so we HAD to check it out and it was phenomenal! We were warmly greeted and welcomed and had exceptional service! The bread and olives to start with in rosemary olive oil was delicious. Then had the Quesos & Jamones for an appetizer (almost too much for two people â good thing we did a 4+ mile snowshoe trip earlier in the day) plus their Spanish Sangria that was made with fresh squeezed juices and of course wine. The presentation was so beautiful that people from another table decided they also had to try them, they and we were not disappointed! For dinner my husband had the Paella Mediterranea which was served beautifully and delicious and I had the Camerones a la Plancha which was a huge portion of shrimp and mouth watering delish! Too full for dessert, although they sounded unbelievable. Will definitely be back again and again!
