Good breakfast. And got a free giant cinnamon roll because I found a coupon in the Fort Collins visitor guide which in all honesty was the best part of the meal. Would eat there againJohn, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We love our cinnamon rolls too! Glad to see you will be joining us again.

A family owned and operated establishment that has been around for over 25 years, yet has maintained it's authentic, cozy, and homely feel. It's a small, diner-like cafe with an old fashioned style to it. The food is prepared and cooked by the owner, Moe
We went here because we saw good reviews. I donât get that. They advertised huevos rancheros. Instead they offered a chorizo omelette that actually tasted spoiled. They served it with STALE toast.

Four of us went for breakfast around 8:30 am on a Thursday. Our entrees were the 3 egg western omelette, Denver omelette and country omelette. The omelettes were indistinguishable from each other because there were almost no ingredients in the omelettes other than eggs and cheese. Seriously, you could barely find any of the ham, bacon, green peppers or onions that were supposed to be in the omelettes. The omelettes were overcooked. The potatoes were good but not remarkable. The buttered wheat toast was fine. One member of our party ordered orange juice which had to be sent back because it tasted like it was out of date and ruined. Coffee was okay. An Arnold Palmer was virtually tasteless. Two members of our party have eaten lunch or dinner at Vern's several times and said it was good, but they had not previously ordered breakfast items other than the famous cinnamon roll. Maybe this was an off day. Service was friendly. The restaurant was not very busy when we got there, but got busier before we left. The taxidermy in the place is a bit overdone.Overall, we have had much better breakfasts at Village Inn for about the same price we paid at Vern's.
