7/29/16 my son and I decided to visit this restaurant. I saw a post on Face Book that said the food was great, they just opened 9th of this month. The place was clean and cheerful and we were greeted as we entered. My son had the chili rellenos and I had the 3 chicken tacos plate. They both came with rice and re fried beans. Chips and salsa were given to us when we were seated, they were OK. The menu was filled with options of steak seafood and anything you might like to eat. The food was wonderful and not costly. We just found a family owned eatery we will go to again and again.

We went to El Camaron with a Restaurant.com gift certificate. Even with the certificate, we paid way too much money for the quality of food and atmosphere. If you like watching Spanish soap operas, you might enjoy it. Perhaps it was a language barrier. Spanish-speaking patrons were given great service. We barely got served. Any time I drive by, I think about getting ripped off. That being said, it was over a year ago. Things may have changed.

If I'm by myself, I'm not interested in a standard restaurant and just want something quick and good. Great flavors, great selection of toppings (including free guach, unlike some...), and as you can see from my pic, more than enough to fill a growing man-child. Had to eat out for lunch two days in a row and, like the other reviewer, found the food to be consistent and reliably good. More food than the price implies. Great place of a quick stop.

This informal sit-down restaurant is often busy for lunch because of the great chili. Hot definitely has the heat. I like their chili rellenos, which are battered mild chilis -- not the "fake" wonton wrapped you often find -- so I get them every time. Check their website for other locations.

My favorite place for breakfast because the green chili, eggs and potatoes are excellent. It gets so crowded on the weekends that you had better get there early though because you will be waiting for a while.

My family has been coming to Los Jimadores for some time. We LOVE the amazingly friendly service we get from Pamela and Yvonne. The margaritas are strong and tasty and the cabbage for our chips is a favorite. It used to be a quiet little place but the word is out and their business has grown. Whether you get the Mole, Adam’s burrito, or camarones al chipotle you can’t go wrong!! It’s a great family owned restaurant in Brighton. Go on the weekend and you can watch fresh corn tortillas being made!

We have eaten there once a week for years, but no more! The food has always been great for the price, Geen chili is good. Depending on the night, everything is good. Some days are better than others. It has always looked like it could use a good cleaning or maybe just tear down the building and start over, but food is good.Just can no longer put up with the horrible sewer smell which has been a chronic problem for years and now is constant.Sorry guys, look for another place! Get a good grease trap!
