Toscanini is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, next to the skating rink in the heart of the village. The alpine backdrop lends itself to la dolce vita, and the atmosphere is lively and informal. The cuisine is stylish and contemporary, the fla
What a treat! Enjoyed a great dinner with wonderful service from Matt. We shared a wonderful Caesar salad with hot polenta cubes. I had homemade ravioli and my husband had the lamb tagliatelle and both were excellent. Served piping hot and perfectly al dente. Also enjoyed our Italian wine and lemon semifreddo. A great dinner!

Ratings appear high; we dine out frequently and Italian cuisine is one of our favorites. Ticino's was OK but I wouldn't rush back. The chicken piccata was drenched in oil and had little lemon taste. It came with grilled veggies but they failed to say they were cooked with lots of peppers which the one who ordered this plate can't eat! The pasta alfredo was large in portion, came with diced chicken and was quite tasty. The margharita pizza had an extremely thin crust and way too much cheese and little marinara sauce! Limited white wine list. Prices were reasonable given Beaver Creek/Avon location. Inside and outside seating. Decor nothing to write home about! Located in ground floor of a high rise. On balance , OK but wouldn't rush back!

Excellent meal with exemplary customer service. From the host to the server and bussers the service experience was worked to perfection. Recommendations on chef specials, continued attentive service and even wheeling over a portable heater for our chilly outdoor experience. I canât say enough great things and I havenât even started talking about the food.....WOW!I ordered a couple of chef specials; the grilled peach palisades salad and the lingcod fish with white beans. Both were remarkable! The warm peach from the grill gently melted the point Reyes blue cheese into a heavenly combination with the bacon creating a magical moment to start our meal. The fish was cooked to perfection; crispy crust with a flaky and moist center. The white beans in amatriciana sauce absolutely sent me into a blissful moment. I could literally make a pot of those beans (wish I had the recipe) sit down to watch football and make a meal out of those unctuous freaking beans! Iâm serious! My wife took 1 bite (I was feeling generous) and she replied, âwow..I want your mealâ. Now thatâs not taking anything away from her flat iron steak she ordered, she loved it, Iâm just saying that those magical beans were ridiculous. Get the point? We loved the restaurant, the food, the staff and service along with the incredible Colorado atmosphere. Go have dinner here. Youâll be glad you did! Can I humbly beg for the bean recipe?

We stopped for a weekday lunch while passing through the valley and were once again plesently suprised at the quality of the daily special. At about $11 I had a nice portion of homemade pasta, with chicken, prosciutto, peas and an alfredo sauce. My wife was able to get a version of the same dish with gluten-free pasta for just a little more $$$. You could tell that the sauce was made to order as there was a slight variation in it from dish to dish. Service was prompt and personable. What's not to like?

We went to this restaurant, hoping to have a large family dinner together, however; the service, food and environment were disrespectful to us. The restaurant was extremely hot in temperature (no air conditioning), dirty tables and floors that were never cleaned before seating us and the service personnel were rude. The meal for 3/4 of our family came out and was luke warm and the remaining 1/4 of our food never came out before the rest of the family was done eating their meals. When asking to remove the food, that never arrived, the staff seemed annoyed that we asked to have it removed from our bill. They attempted to provide the food that never came out after most of our family was finished eating their semi-warm meals but we refused, as it had been sitting in the server counter to bring to our table for over 10 minutes because we had went up to view the status and the same food was still sitting there when the waiter was told to remove it from our bill and he grabbed it and said it was for our table. We will never eat here again and hope that others can avoid the same pitfall we endured for a $80+ meal. The staff never attempted to make the situation right by asking what they could do to make it better for us but instead smartly commented that they âhad told us the status throughout the eveningâ. But to the opposite occurred and we had to find him several times to ask for drinks, silverware to eat our meals and what the status was of our food many times. Please do not waste your time or hard earned money. There are too many other family appreciative restaurants in the area that will make your experience respectful and enjoyable.

We ordered two pizzas, the chicken bacon ranch and the dracula. Three of us preferred the chicken bacon ranch, but both were very good. The restaurant was busy but the service was still good. Thanks for the amazing feedback! It is so great to hear, that you enjoyed our pizzas!

The pizza was okay. Great location though right near the ice rink. We did carryout, so I can't comment on the inside.

We enjoyed this wonderful restaurant one evening after a long day of hiking. We started with the calamari which was delicious. For entrees we ordered risotto alle zafferano, piccata di vitello, and salmone marco polo. All entrees were excellent. In fact, I told my husband that was the best risotto I have ever eaten! We topped off the dinner with the cappuccino torte, profiteroles, and creme brule. All were excellent but the cappuccino torte was my favorite! Service was excellent as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
