Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Vail. North America's biggest and most popular ski resort, Vail is an alpine village in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Long a favorite of serious skiers and jet setting celebrities, Vail now also draws a younger, hipper snowboarding crowd. Skiing is king at Vail Mountain and the Blue Sky Basin, but the area's vast splendor is perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling or scenery-gazing at any time of the year.

We are open everyday at 3:00pm. Dinner reservations can be made through Opentable and bowling reservations can be made by calling our reservation line 7 days a week beginning at 10:00am. We take reservations one month in advance and do fill up quickly!
A group of ten had a great dinner here recently. My lobster sandwich was delicious and chock full of lobster meat (not salad!). The scallops and zucchini noodles someone else had was excellent, as was the Caesar salad appetizer. The ambiance is a little stark, but our servers were helpful and very friendly.Mike, thank you so much for your review! We are so glad that you enjoyed our Lobster BLT & our signature Scallops & Zoodles - definitely crowd favorites. We would love to invite you back in to bowl and dine! Email me next time you're in town so we can make your next visit even more special. Thanks again! -Karlynn, Restaurant Manager [email protected]

Nestled conveniently within The Arrabelle, just steps away from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, Tavern on the Square's slope-side location is truly unbeatable. With live music nightly during peak season, The Tavern creates an unbeatable summer atmosphere with mou
I have had MANY great experiences at the Tavern but last weekâs visit was a disaster. We were dying for nachos and seemed to remember getting them there in the past. Must haven been hallucinating. We ordered one for the table as an appetizer and my fiance and I and my daughter were going to share another for dinner. But when the app order arrived and we took one bite we changed our whole dinner order! They were terrible and the staff of what seemed like 100 europeans could have cared less. The kids got mac n cheese and it was literally a box of Kraft and they charged $12. Hardly any other place in Vail tries to hose you that badly. They say one bad experience can ruin dozens of previous good ones and that is exactly what happened here. Will be a LONG time before I ever go backDear Uncleputter,I wanted to reach out personally after reading your review. Thank you for taking time to provide feedback on your dining experience with us. Clearly, we fell short of your expectations on this experience and we will utilize your feedback to improve our overall dining experience for your guests. Miamimangomike gave a very accurate and eloquent review that I would agree with 100%. Our Weinerschnitzel was dried out along with the potatoes. The jagerschnitzel's sauce tasted like it came out of can. So disappointing.

We come here every year. We have been here 3 times this week. We enjoy the best happy hour in Vail. $4.75 for any drink from 3-9. We have had the tuna, crab lags, filet, nachos and most other entreeâs. We have never had a bad meal. Every time we have had a great experience. Our servers this year Theo and Rio were awesome. Check this place out it is a great place.

We re-open on May 23rd. Since 1992 Garfinkelâs (or, "Garfs" as it is locally known) has been a cornerstone in Lionshead (VAIL) for both tourists and locals alike. Our sunny deck provides the best après ski, sun catching, and overall late spring and summer
We had dinner on the patio because indoors felt stuffy and loud. The setting at the base of the mountain was beautiful. Ample vegetarian options where we had to make hard choices. Fun restaurant with a fun menu (though we did have to run a bit of gauntlet of smokers on the walkway to the patio). Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful views of Vail Mountain from our patio in Lionshead Village and the many vegetarian options available. To avoid the smoking area, we suggest walking though our restaurant to get to our patio. Thanks for visiting!

I can't come to Vail without stopping at Bully's. I was here twice during this trip...once for lunch on a Sunday and again for drinks and appetizers with my Son. I love this place because the setting is so beautiful and peaceful. I had to get away from the crowd at the Farmers Market, and this was ideal. A glass of wine and the Ale Battered Fish and Fries is always a winner and once again, I was not disappointed. Service is friendly and attentive without hovering and I never feel rushed. Again, my Son and I stopped here for drinks and an appetizer on our last evening in town. Our Server didn't seemed thrilled that we were not there for dinner, but nonetheless she provided gracious service. Our Appetizer of Artichoke and Spinach (served hot in a crock) was very flavorful and was an extremely generous portion, served with chips...looked like the same ones I buy at my local Safeway. I'm not complaining (just observing) and altogether both experiences were excellent and I look forward to another visit to Bully's next year. Thanks for still being there!!Dear Nancy H,Thank you for your wonderful review! Agreed, when wanting to step away from the busy street, the Bully Ranch is the perfect location, especially with its beautiful outside patio. Nancy, be assured we will continue to be there and hope we will continue to never disappoint you. RegardsDanijela McGinley

With a backdrop of floor-to-ceiling windows displaying uninterrupted mountain views and an expansive patio illuminated by firepits year round, The Remedy is the ideal destination in Vail to unwind, socialize and imbibe. The provocative bar program will se
All the food was phenomenal. The prices are quite high, but I'd say it's worth it once in a while! Also, it's Vail. Anyway, this place is famous for its hot chocolate, which is completely warranted, but the other food was got was great too. We had some yummy sweet potato things, to die for macaroni and cheese, and I had a good salad. The hot chocolate was brought with a production worthy of video taping. (See my photo caption.) I'm not giving a rating of 5 only because I wish there was more a nod to healthy selections, but based on taste alone, they deserve a 5+.
