We stopped here recently on a Wednesday night for dinner and bottomless wine. The food was fresh and well prepared. All entrees are under $20 add a glass of wine with unlimited pours for $10. Wines included Chardonnay Pinot Grigio, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. For entrees we had the trout, pesto crusted salmon, steak frites, a wrap and short ribs. All were super delicious. The bacon wrapped dates and tempeh appetizers were also wonderful. I had never had tempeh before and loved it. They have outside seating and free parking. Service was excellent.
The space occupied by the Rusty Melon was initially the home of the Parkway Grill when I moved to Erie several years ago and it was quite a good place to go eat and have a drink. Since it's departure several other venues have failed at this location, but I hope the Rusty Melon is here to stay. It's a family owned place and has a great menu burgers, sandwiches, and an extensive pasta menu. My favorite part is the spicy options offered including the house Reaper Sauce.. Chef Rusty's own potent concoction. If you haven't checked it out give it a go.... So far I've tried a delicious burger with a side of the Reaper Sauce... I will explore other menu options on my next visit...

My son, who has food allergies, was able to have their signature gluten free fried chicken. We shared it but he ate most of it and finished off a friendâs order. To say it was good would bean understatement. The beer was great also with a good selection!Hello and thank you for your valuable feedback! We are delighted that we were able to accommodate your son as we take great pride in our ability to make sure everyone can enjoy our delicious fried chicken. We look forward to serving you again in the future.Cheers,[email protected]

Injoy Tavern is a Colorado casual restaurant that serves seasonally changing New American cuisine, and delicious craft cocktails. Be it a casual dinner with the kids, a well deserved night out, a business meeting or just a desire for drinks at the bar, we
We went to Injoy to celebrate my wife's first year of her organizing business. It was a Friday night, and there were several misses right up front. First, the restaurant is loud. All hard surfaces with nothing to deaden the noise of both the conversations and service activity. Also, we were first shown to a table backing up to the huge glass window in the back of the restaurant, and the cold flowing off it made us ask to be re-seated away from it. We were much warmer at the new table. We ordered cocktails and appetizers, opting for the marinated olives and Brussels sprouts. The sprouts were great, perfectly crispy and salty. The olives were not nearly as flavorful as I was hoping from the description on the menu. I specifically let the server know that we would be having wine with our dinner, but out popped the entrees from the kitchen before we were able to finish our appetizers and cocktails. Poorly paced service is one of my pet peeves, and it was not as though they needed the table. Entrees include an option of picking chicken, steak, portobello mushroom or pork loin with a choice of sauce and one side. I got steak with the mushroom cream sauce and roasted potatoes. The meal was lukewarm, another of my pet peeves. The steak and sauce, however, were flavorful and cooked to order. The potatoes were just plain potatoes with no seasoning, quite bland. My wife got the short ribs with the peppercorn demi-glaze and they were also quite good. For dessert, we got the chocolate mousse, and it also was excellent. The restaurant did not have the wine that I originally ordered, also an annoyance. The substitute was fine, but I prefer up-to-date wine lists. While we had a good time, we don't see the need to return.

We go to brunch almost every Sunday. This as become our favorite place. They open a little earlier than most places at 9:30. My daughter loves their breakfast burrito, which is huge, my son loves their eggs Benedict, and we all love their biscuits and gravy. They do usually use scrambled eggs for most of their breakfasts, but will switch it up if asked. We also eat here for dinner every couple of months. It is bar food but most everything we have tried has been good. Lots of draft beer choice and the prices are reasonable.

Very homey and great food. Especially the hamburgers and the steak meal. The owner doesn't smile much but he runs the place very well!

Echo Brewing Erie opened its doors in October 2014. We have been fortunate to be part of the revitalization of historic downtown Erie by transforming a fire station into a brewery and restaurant and providing a unique gathering place for the local communi
Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and walked in as it opened. It's a neat open air type of place - they opened up the big doors and had the patio bar open so there was a nice blast of fresh air. The waitress got our orders taken and I went with a flight of beers. Right off the bat - all four were very good (usually I get a dud somewhere, but not this time.) I loved the Kolsch, Dunkel, and Barrel Aged Wit. Then came the pizzas. I was a huge fan - it was done perfectly with great toppings and flavorful sauce. Overall, this was a great lunch.

This is a fun place. Pizza & BBQ don't normally end up in the same place, but when you introduce the beer and cider, things start making sense. At The Old Mine, you can count on quick and easy street parking close by. The Old Mine offers parking for all diners, including those who travel by bike.

Our first visit here...for lunch.#1 Service was excellent..knew the menu, ingredients. Friendly.#2 Outdoor patio is a good choice when weather permits#3 is the menu/food. That's a bit mixed. The duck confit (see pic) was amazing. It is done in house. It came with an apricot balsamic sauce that complemented the duck. Highly recommend. The crab cake was not really a crab cake (see pic),more of a mushy pancake. I couldn't taste the crab. It was overpowered by the heat... and I never had a crunchy crab cake.. carrot chunks were interesting, but frankly a fail. Maybe that works if there isn't so much heat. I have had crab cakes in many states (SE & S mostly) and never had a crunchy, spicy crab cake. I always found it to be about the crab, until this version. If you can't taste the crab, what's the point? I suggest they check out Local 463 in Madison MS, where they make a crab cake that is best I have had. Just sayin'I will go back. I like the approach of the chef.
