Car parking available in our garden. At your disposal the front garden of the Casina , to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature . Sun beds availbale. Our desire is to make you feel at home. The owners were so welcoming, prepared us a lovely breakfast and the view!!!!!! Oh the view was to die for! The peace and quiet! The garden and their 2 beautiful cats playing outside! We brought our cat with us and even our cat absolutely enjoyed playing and exploring the garden. The whole environment just made us consider moving there, that's how beautiful it was. We will definitely stay there again in the future! It simply felt like being home, loved our room and bathroom. Thank you so much Michela & Vincenzo for having us at your lovely home. It is 16 km from the sea, 20 km from Pisa and 13 km from the S.G.C. FIPILI (Great Communication Road Florence Pisa Livorno). "La Finestra sul Colle" is the ideal starting point to reach charming Tuscan environments: mountains, sea, towns and cities (Pisa, Firenze, Lucca, Siena), for a complete and exciting tour along Tuscany. Reviewed By Karen PWe loved it here. Tasteful self catering apartments in a fantastic setting with a pool and olive trees. Quiet and peaceful. Within easy reach of all the main Tuscan towns. I would highly recommended this place.

Reviewed By crealessioL'azienda agricola è posizionata alle porte di Livorno in località Collesalvetti. Sorge in un area ampia a cui si accede da una zona industriale adiacente alla raffineria dell'ENI. Apparentemente non sembra possibile che si possa trovare un ambiente naturale molto gradevole arrivando dalla zona di Stagno. Esiste anche un ingresso alternativo, dalla zona del Cisternino, ma è un'area molto meno praticata. La parte principale dell'azienda è quella denominata LA FATTORIA, dove è possibile praticare l'equitazione. Poi, sparsi nei boschi circostanti, si trovano altre strutture dove è possibile dimorare in un ambiente difficilmente immaginabile quando ci si trova nell'area industriale. La struttura più simpatica è quella denominata I GHIACCI, si tratta di un Casale con un'area giardino circostante dotata anche di piscina. Altre strutture altrettanto simpatiche e deliziose per trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza a contatto con il verde è POGGIO AL TESORO. Una splendida tenuta dove trascorrere qualche giornata tranquilla è senz'altro una gradevole esperienza. Alessio da Roma

Casale di campagna romantico e rilassante con la massima privacy e tranquillità. Solo tre camere e piscina ma affascinante anche in inverno con i suoi canoni, biliardo e sale per ascoltare buona musica con aperitivi tipici toscani. Vicini alla raccolta delle olive a cui potranno partecipare gli ospiti insieme ai proprietari molto ospitali
