Restaurant was filthy behind counter, my soda machines in lobby, seating area and bathrooms which had no toliet paper in their double holder yet a sign on outside if bathroom door saying its cleaned hourly. Wet floor sign in back part of lobby where they had mopped, floor still wet, yet they mopped without sweeping and left all fries and trash on floor. Order wasnt accurate and had to go back. Female employee walking back and forth behind register drinking out of cup and putting slushy stuff in her cup she was drinking out of.

My husband and I recently stopped at the cafe while on the Covered Bridge route. We only ordered coffee and hot tea, splitting a pumpkin scone. The service was great. The scone was delicious. Despite some of the less than stellar posted reviews, we will definitely give it a try for lunch or dinner when back in the area.

I've never had a bad meal here. All the food is great. Love the meat balls. Salads are great with added chicken or shrimp.

This place is a little illusive. Now open Fri part of the day and Sat-Sun. Cute, non franchise for sure, small town, catch it when you can. Got to keep theses kinds of places alive
My favorite top in town since I used to get ice cream at the store almost 60 years ago

We are a family enviroment with a full menu of fresh steaks, burgers, chicken & chops and large portions. We offer a full service bar. With night life for the adults.
My husband and I ate there last night. We both ordered ribeye steaks, his was medium-rare and mine was medium -well. They were both about 1/4" thin, and so tough and full of fat and gristle that they were inedible. We could not cut through them without the effort of it moving our table back and forth. We mentioned this to our waitress who offered to bring us a sirloin ( a lower-quality steak) for my husband, and did not offer to bring me anything , but we were just grossed out by the ones we had already been served, and didn't wish to repeat the experience. She took $5 off of our bill, when truthfully we should have been paid to try and eat those steaks! Awful, awful, awful.

Somewhat outside of Terre Haute in a building that was reputed to have been a speakeasy. You enter through the bar but are taken down a hall with small rooms on both sides. Your group gets a small private room - with a back door. Service was fast. If you needed something you flipped a light switch and someone was there rapidly. We had 2 filets, 1 ny strip, 1 rib eye and 1 catfish dinner. Beef was thick, tender, and cooked correctly. Catfish was 2 huge filets. Onion rings were delis and large portions. All in all an interesting place with very good food!

Wonderful pizza, and if you're in there for the pizza you have to try their stuffed bread sticks. Offer a nice diverse selection on toppings, and easier on the wallet.

After seeing the movie 'The Greatest Showman', which one should see by the way - it is just a great pure entertainment movie, we called and got into Piloni's bar room for supper. Friends joined us and we all had a delightful meal. Two specials on the menu, the Oso Buca and the Grilled Scallops were by had by two of the party. Both were excellent and were served with sides that matched the entrée. Veal Marsala is the favorite choice of my wife and again was excellent - one can not do wrong by ordering this entrée. I had not had a pizza in quite a while and had the small meat-lovers pizza- crust is thin and crispy and had just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and meats on it. Ordered a canoli for desert- it was tasty, and they have several desert options. Wines by the glass are all good, and they also have a full bar for other choices. The front part of the restaurant is more of a family room and they have seating in the back bar for a limited number of tables. For family with kids, it is better in front; if adult only, ask to be seated in the back dining area in the bar.
