We’ve driven by The Berry Patch more than a dozen times and have never stopped. This time we were swayed to stop by a roadside billboard advertising their homemade pies. We were not disappointed. We had a slice of strawberry-Rubarb and a combination blackberry-huckleberry both with a scoop of vanilla. Both were outstanding. The service was extremely friendly. The restaurant has a small gift shop with numerous jams, jellies, etc. and does wine tastings. We will definitely be back for another slice of pie down the road.

This is next to the hotel we stayed at. Had good service. Salad bar was good. They give ice cream free with purchase of meal, nice touch. I was not real fond of the bland crust, but toppings were great. Love the thin crispness of...MoreDale, Thank you for the feedback, we hope your stay in Clastkanie was a good one! My wife and I were traveling to Cannon Beach OR and needed a short break from the car. Happened upon Latte Da and were delighted that we stopped there. First, the people who work behind the counter (perhaps at least one is the owner) were so very friendly and helpful. Second, the small restaurant is tastefully decorated. Third, the food is fresh, tasty, and each plate is made to order. We each ordered a BLT on a cheese/jalapeño bagel. They were not only very good, but the condiments on each were exactly what each of us ordered (e.g., one with mustard and one with mayo), and they even put a small artisan chocolate on each plate for a treat. We also took coffee and cookies to go for the remainder of our car trip and both were very, very fresh and good. This is a really good place for a quick stop when traveling to Oregon's beaches. Give it a try!

Excellent customer service from the ladies behind the counter. Love the atmosphere and the coffee is great. Only visited once so far, but hope to return soon. Conveniently located off the highway. Haven't tried the eats yet...but they seem to have a nice selection of baked goods, etc. Hope to visit again, the next time I'm passing by!

Stopped off here after travelling from Seattle on the way to Canon Beach. Bundy's is a simple authentic roadside diner, serving great food. I sank my teeth into a monster cheese steak sandwich, while my companions had the special burger of the day with blue cheese. It was a big order, but we didn't wait very long and left feeling full and happy. Thank you Bundy's - you're making America Great Again!

I always like to walk around the shop to look around at the many items available to purchase. Mainly, I like to tan at Some Like It Hot! Employees are friendly and happy to help. Come and search for new treasures.

On my second visit I wanted a lunch selection, so I decided on a classic Club Sandwich. Again Colvin's did not disappoint. Delicious, thick bacon, moist Turkey breast, creamy mayo, fresh tomato, ham, cheese. OMG! The salad had fresh crunchy greens, and not too vinegary bleu cheese dressing.
I don't know how you can go wrong with a meal at Colvin's. Good downhome food and great service, at fair price.

We tried Ixtapa for various reasons and I'm glad we did. The dishes are really good! The special chicken selections are excellent as are the enchiladas and burritos. For desert the flan is 'okay" but the churros, with a special filling, are to die for. Add that the service is super friendly and we found it to be a pleasant stop between Astoria and Portland.

I recently visited this Subway for lunch. There was nothing remarkable about it. It is relatively small inside and you have your usual stand-offish kids behind the counter. The store seemed clean and the ingredients were well stocked. My sandwich was exactly as I've ordered at any other Subway, fresh tasting and satisfying. A "Thank you & have a nice day" might of been nice, but I wouldn't know, I didn't get one! Aside from that there is not much more to say

Taylorville is one of many small towns that time and the relocated US 30 have bypassed. It is to the credit of the management of T&J's that they have managed to survive. I had to stop here and hoist one, partly in memory of Gene & Roger Bowman (long-time Taylorville residents), and partly because my spouse is a Taylor. Worth a stop on the Portland-to-Astoria drive!
