A microbrewery and restaurant nestled in the heart of historic Clarion County, Pennsylvania. A place that takes you back to a simpler time. A place where delicious food, handcrafted beer, and history reside.
Was through town on business. Great location, nice vibe. The staff was really terrific. The food was decent enough, but seems like more of a place where the food is secondary to having beers with friends and enjoying a nice, casual evening. In a more competitive restaurant environment, they'd need to invest more in the food, but here, it fits and works great. Lots of local people celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Seems to cater to a more educated crowd. The owner came up to tables to welcome folks, and he was extremely friendly. Decor is warm and welcoming. A very good experience at a good price point. Recommended.

Haven't sampled any other restaurants in the area, but i'm confident that Sweet Bssil is the best dining option.
This is a pretty standard pizza-Italian eatery. The physical facility is kind of like many standard pizza chains. It's convenient to the interstate, but what's telling is that the locals seem to love it--there will be conversation among neighbors at adjacent tables. The people of this area seem to be good people, this restaurant reflects it.
I had a good Pinot Grigio and the eggplant parm. It came with a small salad, and this showed how much they care--many places deliver a salad bowl of lettuce with one grape tomato and a single slice of cucumber, this salad was loaded with cheese, black olives, cuke, tomato, onion, lettuce. The balsamic Italian house dressing was fine. The eggplant parm was superb, well breaded with just the right balance of savory tomato and cheese. My wife had a pasta with chicken-garlic sauce and she reported it was all good.
This is a great option fo dine if you're in the area, or for any meal if you're passing through.

This was near the college campus and it was closed. Not sure why...we were very disappointed as I always enjoy a good cup of coffee from Starbucks in the morning. We had stayed at a hotel and the hotel coffee was horrible.
I would recommend you call before you go there.

We were passing by en route home when we decided it was time for lunch. We looked on line from the car and found County Seat. They're easy to find--right on Main Street. They serve only breakfast and lunch and it seemed as if everyone there knew everyone else. Food was terrific, great prices and very large portions. I had the 1/2 salad and 1/2 breadstick. The latter wasn't like breadsticks we've had--this was more like a monkey bread and it's made there. It was warm and beyond wonderful. My husband had a full salad and a full breakstrick, took half of each home and loved them the next day. He decided the desserts sounded great ($2.95 a real steal), so he ordered the chocolate sundae cake which was so good I wish we lived closer. I'd be there all the time. Well worth a detour off I-80!!

Cozy stop for pizza and wings. They have three draft beer selections and several more bottled drinks. Pizza was great. Wings were above average. We ordered a Taco Pizza, White Pizza and The Works. Wings are baked, not fried but very tasty and you get a very nice portion. You can order pizza by the slice. Even specialized pizza is available in a mini order. Wait staff is super friendly and attentive.

Nice fresh items, smoked Turkey, ham, chicken salad(great) with choice of nice multigrain bread, bagels (many flavors) or croissant (yum). Sandwiches also offer choice of several cheeses, lettuce and tomato etc. Good brewed green iced tea and the triple berry pie was A++ for good homemade filling( without consisting of corn starch) and a tasty flaky crust. Wish I could make one as good.

The usual Applebees with especially gracious service. The waitress and the manager made sure everything was prepared correctly.

My husband especially liked Daddy's. It was a great place to stop for a unique sandwich and fries. Our last visit however was surprising. The place was dirty, both eating area and kitchen. You cant even see through the glass of the coffee carafe. The food was not as good, the fries tasted like the oil needed changed. What bothered me most however was the employees talking loudly about going out drinking and using foul language. Not what I want to hear when I am out for an evening after a long work week.

Couldn't believe that a Chinese restaurant this good and this nice was in Clarion, PA. The place looks great and the food tastes great as well. It is almost worth the drive from Grove City to Clarion just to go here.

4 adults traveling through. Our hotel gave us a 10% off coupon. We stopped for lunch. Loved the interior, very clean. The prime rib was pretty good, but the strip steak was very fatty. Do you know that you can get sweet potatoes. Server was nice. Did enjoy our meal.
