On our recent trip to Hobart we visited Botanica twice. Great wines...the house pinot gris and house pinot noir (Icon) were fab. Small plates shared included calamri, fat chips and aioli, popcorn chicken with chilli...all fresh, perfectly cooked and great flavours. We were there on a busy Friday night..table outside..lots happening, a great spot to people watch and enjoy a drink or two. Prices reasonable ...this one is a must in Salamanca!

Had the pleasure of dining here last night (no booking so a brief wait in the back bar before being seated at the front bar). This place has everything- wonderful atmosphere, great service and delicious food. Highly recommended!
