Not what I expected from a Hilton property
Reviewed By 3rdxsacharmThe room was dirty room upon arrival. Wiped down the bathroom floor and the washcloth I used came up nearly black. AC vents and panel were dusty. Otherwise the common areas look pretty nice. Free breakfast and close to several restaurants. Right off the highway.

We also have a indoor-heated pool, fitness room and a Bright Side Market (if you forgot something or need a late night snack). Start your day off right with our free Bright Side Breakfast. You can make your own Belgin waffles, or maybe Biscuits and gravy, or scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage. There is also hot and cold cereal and yogurt, pastries, toast or bagels. There is also juice, milk and coffee to make your breakfast complete. Other amenities in our guest rooms include: microwaves, refrigerators, 39-inch flat screen TV's, blow dryers, coffee-makers. We also have guest laundry for a nominal fee. For those of you with pets, we are Pet Friendly with no fee or deposit.
Nice hotel, but lackluster breakfast
Reviewed By gnt63026Clean and mostly quiet. A couple of kids were running up & down the hall past 10pm, but that happens sometimes. Hot water pressure was great. Breakfast was not the best, mostly processed carbs. The waffles tasted great but never got crispy. The only proteins available were yogurt and hard-boiled eggs (there was no serving tool so people were using their hands to grab the eggs). The hot water tasted chlorinated, like it came from a pool, so my hot tea was not pleasant. The oranges were ripe, no other fruit was offered that morning. The staff was excellent, every person was friendly, even the ladies that had to continually clean the breakfast room that was left in a wreck by the morning crowd.

Reviewed By Discover21363787138Booked a room with a bathtub for my daughter. Upon arriving in the room it was discovered that the room only had a shower. The front desk moved us to the room next door and after hauling all of our stuff to the new room, not only did it not have a bathtub but it had not been cleaned. Then we moved to yet another room on the 4th floor and had to wait 10min in the hallway with all of our belongings for a key. This room had the bathtub but there were large stains on the floor, tiles falling off the wall, black mold/dust in the air conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner also ran out on the second of four days. We went down to the pool on the first day. There were used bandaids, clumps of hair, and bugs on the floor. They were still there in day three. There were no towels in the pool area. The front desk said she would bring some but did not return until over an hour later because she said she got busy. I visit Claremore at least once a month and will go back to staying at the Hampton

A real dump

Does not deserve any stars. 827978944 The first room had a 3/4" gap around the A/C unit that let light, bugs and wind. 2nd room ....No towels, dirty refrigerator, smeared mirrors, used soap in bathroom, dirt in corners of bathroom and hair on the pillows on the bed. We asked for our money back for 4 nights and were told no refunds. The desk clerk was part zombie and no manager on duty. He could not give out the manager's name or contact info. We called our CC company and left. We called Motel 6 corporate line and left a scathing review of the place. If we do not get our money refunded. Next complaint is to BBB. DO NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP. This is a franchise motel and needs to have the franchise pulled. Go on down the road and stay at a much nicer place. I filed a complaint with the Health Department. After 2 or 3 weeks, the manager finally called me and refunded my money. We never occupied this filthy room

DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ROOMS
Reviewed By Doegrl3345If it was possible to give a 0 ⭐️ I would. The man was upset I had my 3 year old son with me. Told me “better not make noise”. My son and I both had issues with the strong smell in the room. So much that, my son threw up while sitting on the edge of the bed. When I went down for help, the man (monster. He’s not a “man”) told me I was responsible for the cleaning of the carpets and the bed sheets. So I ended up having to take a disgusting comforter that was previously stained to a local laundry mat and pay to wash and dry it. I refused to rent a shampooer for their floor because I didn’t have the money. To my “surprise”, the comforter came out looking almost brand new which proves they NEVER wash the bed dressings at all. The place is disgusting. The people are disgusting. Pay the extra $10 and stay somewhere else- or better yet, stay at Laquinta here in claremore. They’re clean, friendly and same price. (NO, I do not and have never worked for them- nor do I know anyone from there.... I have just stayed there before.)
