Dishonored reservation and unhelpful attendant
Reviewed By CarloGenoa_ItalyThree weeks ago, I made a confirmed reservation for two nights at this hotel through a major international company (HRS). I got there at 6 PM, but the door was locked. I called up the number I found on my reservation confirmation. The lady said that the hotel had been closed for months, that she had not received any reservation, and that she did not know HRS. I asked her if I could show her my copy of the reservation, which she asserted did not exist, and if she could help me find another hotel in town, but she refused to comply. I called HRS and their astonished operator tried to call the hotel (5 min after my conversation) but nobody took the call. Shame on them! Lies shouldn't fly.

Reviewed By Hermod ALocation a little off the beaten path so quiet and nice. Simple rooms, slow wifi but a good restaurant. Definitely try the pentolaccia (slow cooked pork-meat) with local vegetables. Will return to he place.

Reviewed By laetitia wCaterina & Marco are incredible hosts. They managed to accommodate 40 of us! And the craziest family you can get. What an extraordinary extended weekend we've had. 3 celebrations: my mother's 80th, my brother in law's 55th and my nephew's 18th. The food, mostly home grown, was absolutely delicious, and the cakes, out of this world! But the icing on it were the Olympic Games meticulously organised by Caterina! Such great fun. Water games in the swimming pool, archery, horse riding, river rafting, you name it. An unforgettable 3 days! Thank you soooo much you two.

Bellissima esperienza

Si nota la cura in tutti i dettagli da parte della proprietaria sia nella parte esterna che all interno della villa dove abbiamo soggiornato. Scrupolosa attenzione anche nel rispetto delle norme COVID. Tutto perfetto.

Reviewed By Anna ZCi siamo dovuti fermare a Civita Castellana causa la chiusura dell'autostrada e benchè fossero passate le otto e mezza di sera siamo stati accolti con disponibilità e cordialità dal proprietario che ci ha preparato subito la camera e dato consigli per la cena. E' stata una piacevole scoperta, la cittadina è bella ed interessante ed il B&B è in posizione comodissima (e silenziosissima), recentemente ristrutturato con ottimo gusto. Da consigliare sicuramente.
