Great location, good value for money, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Close to a good restaurant. Close to train station, easy to find. Nothing to fault. Loved our stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Combo is located in the restored Ex Convento dei Crociferi just a few steps away from Rialto and the lively Mercato del Pesce. The hostel offers apartments, private rooms and beds in modern, functional rooms with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning. Some rooms also have their own kitchenette with induction hobs and living area. The reception is open 24/7, Wi-Fi is available in communal areas, and luggage storage is available for guests. Combo hosts a typical bacaro, serving "ombre and cicchetti", and a bar-restaurant that offers all-day food and drink, with simple and tasty dishes. Every week, Combo hosts art events, concerts and live dj set.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in this renovated monastery. The conversion to a hotel was done effectively while keeping the historic features intact. The room was spacious and modern; however, there was no TV or telephone (maybe a blessing). Very quiet at night. The breakfast was good and the croissants were very tasty and fresh. The young lady attending to the breakfast area was attentive and thorough in keeping the continental breakfast supplied. Alexsandro, the front desk manager was extremely helpful in arranging an early morning wake-up call by the night manager since there were no telephones in the room. Much appreciated! Quite reasonable and charming. Many thanks to all of the staff for such a memorable stay.

Corte Barozzi Venice Suites, located just 100 meters from Piazza San Marco, is found just closed to Calle Larga XXII Marzo, the street of the most exclusive boutiques of Venice. We are 5 minutes from La Fenice Theater and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Corte Barozzi Venice Suites make you to merge art, comfort and fashion design into one unforgettable experience. Corte Barozzi offers self-catering kitchen, suites and double rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. All rooms have air conditioning, coffee maker and LCD TV, private bathroom with shower or bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. The apartments also feature a kitchenette with fridge.
We were in Venice for the Art Biennale and spent 3 nights at Corte Barozzi. Trust them even if the communication is not easy just after the reservation. As soon as the date of your arrival is approaching, they are of very good help (arranging water taxi for a late arrival) and guidance (how to enter the hotel and the room in the middle of the night). The place is lovely, very private, you have the feeling to stay at some friends' Palazzo. Room and bathroom are very clean, beds very confortable and we had a nice view on a little canal with gondolas. Very quiet in spite of the excellent location. A special thanks to Asela for his help and kindness.

Stayed for two nights in a family group of 8, and hired two apartments at the San Theodore Palace. By reading previous reviews we knew the check in was via the Hotel Ai Reali Di Venezia, which worked superbly as we arrived by water taxi from the airport, using the canal entrance to the hotel. We were greeted by extremely helpful hotel staff, who after checking us in took us to the apartments, a short walk from the Ai Reali. The apartments are entered from a very small lane, and then using the lifts and stairs within the building. This is a bit quirky, due to the apartments being serviced by one of two staircases. However the apartments were both great, with the two bedroom apartment being exceptionally spacious! Best thing is their location, just behind the Rialto Bridge, so it is a great base for walking everywhere.

Beautiful resident with 8 self catering apartments with elevator, located close to Rialto Bridge and Rialto fish market. Each apartment has modern furnishings with wood tek details. There is a living room with a huge sofa bed, a fully equiped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Wow! We were impressed from the start. Andrea met us at the water taxi and took care of our every need and want. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We loved the Mercado Rialto location. We've stayed in many Venice apartments over the years, and this will be our fist choice in the future. The Ca' della Scimmia owners and staff provide outstanding, personalized service.

Ai Patrizi di Venezia Apartments, a dream come true to offer you an unforgettable experience in the heart of the city.
Spotless accommodation beautifully presented. It’s a fabulous location with everything you need right by....supermarket, wine bar and patisserie. Super comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Loved it here. Will go and stay again when I’m back in Venice.

Polo's Treasures is a completely renovated old Venetian building that offers elegant apartments and rooms. It is located near the Rialto Bridge and its famous Fish and Fruit Market in Calle del Campaniel, San Polo 1796, between campo San Cassian and the Grand Canal. Its refined accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, parquet floors, en-suite bathroom, TV, and free wi-fi. Apartments are well lit, comfortable, and enhanced by spacious living rooms, dining areas and equipped kitchens. The care for detail in the furnishings, upholsteries, draperies, and the refined atmosphere of the interiors make each apartment and room refined and unique. The elegance of the surrounding antique venetian buildings and the splendid view over the roofs provide the ideal framework to these charming accommodations. Their perfect sound proofing assures privacy and quiet. Polo's Treasures is easily reachable by waterbus Line 1 (Rialto Mercato stop). Several restaurants, cafés and shops can be found within walking distance of the accommodation. Polo's Treasures is a great choice for travellers who want to feel the real Venetian atmosphere and discover the main attractions as well as the lesser-known and charming corners of this magical city.
Polo's Treasure is located about 5 minutes walk from Rialto via a small alley way. There is not a permanent front desk but they contact you ahead of your visit for arrival times. There is a code to enter the building and your room. The room is relatively spacious (for Venice) and very modern. It is comfortable, with a nice bed and a nice bathroom (with a shower with decent water pressure). There is a common kitchen / dining area (breakfast room). The hotel does not serve breakfast but cooking utensils are available. To get to the rooms on the 3rd floor there are several steep and long sets of stairs to climb (not optimal for older people or with heavy luggage) Altogether a nice stay in beautiful Venice.

We were booked to stay here but when we rang the bell to let staff know we were there (as instructed by the sign) we were greeted with extremely rude staff and we were turned away and told ‘You are not welcome here’ they then hung up on us and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Bad location and did not feel safe here.

Venice Prince Apartments offers four apartments located in a historic palace in Campo dell'Arsenale. Each apartment occupies one floor of the building and overlooks the Campo, offering a unique view of Rio de l'Arsenal, the two Towers of the Arsenale, and the Porta di Terra from the fifteenth century. Broad and bright spaces, contemporary and antique furnishings combined in an original way, and up-to-date technological equipment: the apartments have everything you need for an independent holiday in Venice, as a couple, or with family and friends.
We stayed at the Prince Apartments for five nights with our two children. We were on the first floor (Celsi). It is a very cozy and clean appartment. The kitchen equipment is just right (dishwasher, salt, sugar, microwave, kettle). The location is perfect for any kind of trips. The water bus station is two minutes away, San Marco around 10 minutes walking. You can either walk along the promenade or through the narrow streets of old Venice. We would definitely choose the Appartment again.

Baco da Seta is situated in the middle of a cornfield. Very quiet and quirky place. Very well decorated with a modern vibe. It has a restaurant next door which was incredible. All the locals eat there that's always a good sign. There is a massive retail park near by and 5 mins walk from a bus stop. We used the train from the hospital (Ospedale Del Angelo) direct to Venice which took 15 mins. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
