Things to do in Ocean Grove
This cafe is always clean and the staff are very welcoming. I visit this place frequently due to the quality of service and food. The food is very good especially the cakes. All of it appears to be homemade which adds that extra dimension of flavour. There is an outside section but you have to be quick to get a seat there on good days. There are always newspapers available which is a bonus for a quick "on your own" coffee. Well worth a visit - just check open times.

Great place to have brekky, brunch, lunch. We stopped by here for coffee and cake. Didn't fancy any of the places in the main street and just kept walking down to the bridge and came across this little gem. Delicious black coffee and scrumptious cakes. A great selection. A warm welcome as soon as we went in. Very clean inside. Choice of seating inside or outside, depending on the weather. Will definitely visit again.

I really loved the look of Annieâs Provedore and have been known to buy relish, jams, bread and pasta and similar cafes in the past. However, this warm and cosy initial feeling soon became a little claustrophobia creeping in. There is really no space to walk without siding your way through, line up to order without feeling like youâre butting into someoneâs catch up and definitely not browse the shelves. Our drinks arrived to our outside table quickly, as did the slice and croissant. (We often share sweet treats if out at morning tea). I suppose this wonât effect everyone, but $40+ for four drinks and two sweet treats is too much for us. Although the bakery looked less than appealing, the bank would have appreciated it. Lovely spot, to come back to when we retire.

The Mr Grubb Cafe, offers an exciting menu of share plates, salads, pizzas, burgers and sliders. We are also open for breakfast, coffee and cake. Or simply to enjoy a glass of Oakdene wine. You can sit, relax & take in the garden views or dine outside amo
Expecting a quiet Monday lunch we were surprised at the number of people roaming around outside but on entering the restaurant we noticed that a business meeting was being held and catered for. This was not a problem for us as we were in no rush.Mr Grubb is worth a visit and the menu offers something for everyone. I had the Gammon steak with pineapple and fries, it was perfectly cooked but way too much to eat! The beef brisket tacos were light and tasty. Thanks for your review of our cafe. We are glad you enjoyed your meal with us.

$2.50 for a bartered scallop the size of a sultana = nope. And Iâm pretty sure the potato cakes were pre-made/frozen - not a lot of taste and they were all the same shape/size.Weâll try the other Fish & Chip shop in the Main Street next time.Average :/Sorry to hear you werenât happy. The scallops are fresh tassie scallops, and unfortunately arenât as big as the imported scallops you may find elsewhere, hence the price. We always add in extra to ensure you get value for what you paid for. We prefer to serve Aussie seafood as much as possible. Potato cakes are freshly battered and snapped frozen off site as we donât have capacity to do. Hope the rest of your meal was great though. We take all feed back good or bad as useful so thank you. Hope to see you again

I have been staying in Ocean Grove for the past week and eaten at this establishment several times. It is fabulous. The food is great, the service is friendly and professional, the wine list has some great local wines and the atmosphere is very friendly. Go, you will not be disappointed.

The Olive Pit Delicatessen is cafe, deli and wine bar located in the heart of Ocean Grove. Offering a speciality menu based around the gourmet deli fridges. Try the menu and then take some deli or larder produce home! Serving all-day breakfast and lunch u

A clever concept that allows kids plenty of safe space to play creatively, rather than physically (good sized cubby house, open space with artificial turf and lots of unicorns!) whilst allowing parents (and grandparents!) space to relax, supervise and enjoy an excellent coffee and tasty food! The outdoor play space has tables and seating for adults and kids. Food is very good and excellent value. Kids menu seems especially good value with different options such as kids share plates with healthy choices. Good breakfast specials before 9am. We would definitely return - with or without kids! Recommended.

A newly renovated upmarket cafe in Ocean Grove offering Breakfast, Lunch and amazing Coffee. We have just recently renovated this amazing cafe in a beach theme and are open 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday from 7 am. Our menu is ever changing and also
Decided to have breakfast at BTC and was not disappointed. We both chose the Terrace breakfast which came with two poached eggs on sour dough toast, a hash brown, grilled mushrooms and tomato, two small yummy sausages, bacon and a serve of house made baked beans with a touch of chillie, capsicum and other secret ingredients. I can say the beans were the best I have ever tasted. The entire meal was perfectly cooked, presented and served with a smile. End with a great coffee and you are then set for a great day. Definately recommend.

Here at the driftwood café, cooking is our passion. We use only the finest and freshest, local, free-range & organic (where possible) ingredients to create dishes that will fill your belly and warm your heart. Come and visit - your taste buds will thank y
How good to be able to order perfect scrambled eggs with local Drysdale goats curd and parsley, no toast ($14.50). What a great combo. They were delicious. My husband had three equally perfect poached eggs with crispy but succulent bacon on sourdough ($16.50). Good big cappuccinos too. Good service, pleasant space, and mid-week at least sufficient space to spread out the papers and relax.
