Reviewed By Jason LWhat a nice venue and what excellent hosts. The young couple who own this place are so pleasant kind and helpful. The food was 5 star and made from local and often from the garden! Comfy rooms cheap price great food - worth it just for the food- and great hosts. When people do it this good you wonder why the rest bother! I wish this young couple all the best and look forward to the next visit.

Reviewed By Graham OAlthough we have stayed in the Liébana area previously and were already familiar with the restaurant Hosteria Pena Sagra, this is the first time that we have stayed in one of the adjoining apartments. We found our accommodation spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for a pleasant fortnight away from home. The views over the valley and of the mountains beyond are exceptional and we enjoyed the privilege of breathing fresh air with nothing to disturb us except birdsong. In truth it would be difficult to get further 'off the beaten track' without hiking or hiring an all-terrain vehicle.

El apartamento contaba con todo lujo de detalles: cubeteria y vajilla de todo tipo, cacerolas, sartenes, cafetera italiana, tostadora, exprimidor, microondas, lavavajillas con pastillas, frigorifico, manteles grande e individuales. Todo absolutamente nuevo. Todo absolutamente limpio. El baño cuenta con ducha de dos tipos y también está superequipada con secador de pelo, calienta toallas, gel. En fin no le falta de nada. La lavadora se encuentra en una habitación de uso común con los otros inquilinos contando con tendederos donde poder secar la ropa al sol. Las vistas son impresionantes. En el apartamento donde estuvimos alojados se veía la majestuosa peña Ventosa desde la habitación y desde el salón-cocina. También se veia el pico Paña. Dario ha estado pendiente de que no faltase nada a nuestra estancia. Nos recogió a la entrada del pueblo el dia de llegada y nos proporcionó abundante información sobre lugares de comida, excuriones, etc para hacer perfecta nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias Dario. Recomendable al 1000% Regresaremos si Dios quiere.

Reviewed By suebeecrowIf you are looking for a gorgeous location high in the mountains with a view to die for, this is the place for you. It is an easy drive from Potes and so peaceful and quiet. It was a very homey and cozy room and very lovely couple who run it. The fireplace was so nice to have breakfast around.

THE VILLAGE Cahecho is a little quite village of 20 inhabitants located in the Picos de Europa, North of Spain. The village is known due to its wonderful mountain views and is surrounded by large forests of beeches and oaks. ACTIVITIES IN THE MOUNTAIN. Our company of mountain guides offers a wide range of activities in the mountain, for example canyoning, climbing, high mountain, trekking, mountain travel skiing etc. Our guides will supply you with detailed information about paths and routes in Cahecho and in the surrounding mountains

Reviewed By embuduFuente de Somave are basics apartaments with a good location to explore the Picos de Europa. Kitchen with the basic things. Cahecho is a very quiet place. You can even go to Bilbao for one day to visite Guggenheim museum.
