A nice place to sit and talk. It takes you back to Soviet times. We had a bulgur wheat cooked in broth with small pieces of meat. Topped with flat leaf parsley. A lovely dish. The other dish was served with pork in Parmesan and French fries. The pork was a bit to dry. One of the best tests for a restaurant is how they prepare the French fries. The easiest side dish. Our fries from the freezer were still soft outside and very floury on the inside. The first dish: very nice. The second dish: not that good.Although the girl didnât speak English and they only have a menu in Russian, the service is very kind.Thank you! We really appreciate your words. We know about problems with menu and will translate it.

Great atmosphere, quality cuisine, and excellent service. I've never had a bad experience at the Al Dente. When you stay at the Hotel Chuvashia breakfast here is included with most room reservations. Great atmosphere for dinner with clients for friends.

An excellent Restaurant Volga based at the hotel. There are 40 seats, low-key environment and cozy atmosphere at the restaurant. The menu includes Russian and European cuisine as well as traditional Chuvash dishes.

One of the high class places in the city. First of all thanks to design, furniture selection and service. The food is nice, too with not so much of original choice though. I can definitely recommend for business tourists and those seeking classy places.
