Driftwood Kitchen is a coastal inspired hangout with a relaxed vibe. Situated in the picturesque village of Highcliffe-on-Sea, we are all about innovative fresh food and expertly made coffee. Nestled on the high street, just minutes from the beach. We are
After a recommendation from my sister in law Hayley, my husband and I went in for lunch and were both extremely impressed and really enjoyed the warm welcome and delicious food at Driftwood. I had a really yummy iced coffee and an enormous steak and blue cheese flatbread. He has the cheeseburger which is served with an amazing onions ring/nest ( I devoured it and I donât even eat onions). Shared the chips as per Tinaâs recommendation due to portion size and glad we listened! We loved it and will surely be back!

Welcome to the Toby Carvery Hinton. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings - including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely
We will never come back to this place.....food is awful.... I can't believe people think this place is good. I do have some good points carvery meat ok but not fantastic..bad points. potatoes dry, mash salty, veg bland peas dry. Tea and coffee terrible for the price. Sharer tasting platter chicken dry, stuffing dry and over cooked, pigs in blankets interesting as not the flavour you would expect. Had to have some cake and a coffee back home just to reignite the taste buds.Honestbreview, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but we would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around.

Cafe serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Also vegetarian food and vegan cakes as well as gluten free cakes and bread
Visited this cafe based on the positive reviews on Trip Advisor and it didnât disappoint. We were lucky in grabbing the last table for four as it was busy on a Saturday afternoon. The menu was extensive with lots of different options, with a good focus on local ingredients too. I wished I could have tried more like the local bacon or sausage sandwich but this time round we went for the Buddha Bowl with halloumi and the smoked salmon bagel. The portions were very generous and the quality of ingredients shone through. It was a little wait but well warranted as our lunches made from scratch. The staff were warm and friendly and the atmosphere was cosy too. Next time I would save room for either one of the cakes or a delicious sounding milkshake. Well worth a visit! We are glad you enjoyed your visit, thank you for your kind comments about the food and service
