Found this on tripadvisor...harder to find by accident, but there are a number of seafood restaurants along this strip. Friendly service and immaculately clean, the menu was big but featured only seafood. Our non seafood eating friend found it difficult to get enough to eat and had to settle for fried rice and morning glory! Very few options here for vegetarians or non seafood eaters who might be part of a larger group. E verything was good and the bill was low! Recommended. As the little road takes a sweeping right turn, this restaurant is off to the left ( pretty much on the corner of the river/creek). You can drive to the left of the temple and through what looks like another carpark with orange signs to find it at the end of the road!

Where do I start. I have never been so insulted in a dining experience in my life. I attended this restaurant on the 14th September 2018 and ordered chips. Whilst eating inside of the restaurant I had to kick a rather large cockroach away twice. The food was a little overcooked. I didn't say anything as I saw an old lady cooking the food and didn't want to offend the staff. The food also came quickly so I decided to attend with a friend the next day. On the 15th September I saw that the restaurant was again very empty. This also should have warned me. I ordered a drink with my friend. She got served and I didn't. I walked over to the bar twice to ask for a drink. The waitress ignored me and walked past my table several times pretending to clean... the empty restaurant. She kept looking at me, talking in Thai and giggling with another waitress. My Thai friend tried to order for me, still nothing. The girl started giggling with her waitress colleague and continued to ignore me as I politely waved my hand asking her to come over. After 15 minutes I asked to speak to the manager. The rude girl behind the counter said "the manager is asleep." I asked to speak to someone in charge. My Thai friend asked as well. She rudely replied with a snide smile "manager is sleeping." She wouldn't make eye contact and tried to hide her smile. I was calm throughout and asked again, can I just get a drink. My Thai friend asked in Thai also... nothing. The rude girl behind the counter charged me almost 900 baht for a 65 baht drink. I decided to pay for my friends 65 baht drink with 100 baht and said keep the change. Upon leaving without a drink or food I was chased down the street and told to pay 900 baht. The girl that chased me had short, shoulder length hair. She served me the previous day and was ok. She threatened to call police so I told her call them. She didn't. Nobody did. A guy came out and was polite. He told me that the old woman was cooking the food so I felt bad for her and came back. I liked him as well. The guy had words with the waitress and a drink came immediately. The food as well. I ate the food as I knew that they were going to charge me. The food was vile... Vile! My Thai friend couldn't eat the food served as she didn't like the taste of it. I couldn't eat all of mine but ate regardless. Upon leaving they charged me for three drinks and the bill magically came to over 1000 baht. I had received one drink which I didn't drink. They added on extras to spite me. I was so polite throughout. I have been to Thailand 10 times and experienced this once before where a girl refused to serve me because I was "black." I am ashamed of this restaurant and it has put me off of Thailand... A country that I have loved. I am a former restaurateur managing several restaurants in Charing Cross, Covent Garden and Central London. I always see the view of the staff and manager first and always leave a good tip. The most being £26 for excellent service. On this trip (at another restaurant prior to attending this shambles) I gave the waitress a £12 tip.I have suffered racism in my youth. I know what it looks like and feels like. England has matured and has done away with this pathetic mentality. The waitress in this restaurant is an embarrassment to her country, her king and possibly her parents. Regardless of skin colour. If a customer attends your place of work, pays for your wages and your way of life... serve him a drink. It doesn't hurt to have a little pride in your work.

A great restaurant for Yum Cha (Dim Sum). Located on the top floor of the Dusit with views down the length of Pattaya beach. We visit for lunch often. Always amazes me that there are so few customers for lunch. ( Have not dined in the evening). The service, setting and food are all excellent..
