Overpriced
Reviewed By alderadaileyI stayed at this hotel 2 days ago and it is overly priced for what you get. There was no microwave available in the room and I was offered to upgrade my room for 500.00 to s room with microwave. I declined that offer obviously. The room had a Marijuana odor. I think the previous patrons may have smoked in there and the smell was still there when we checked in. The overall appearance upon entry seemed clean but their were red spiders in the bathroom. That's the only place we saw them. The cleaners were very nice and friendly. Also online they advertise that there is breakfast included but they do not have breakfast. They said it's because of covid. Overall I give this hotel a 2/5 stars

Racially profiled me as a prostitute instead of letting me book a room for my grandmother
Reviewed By destinyh674I went to the chino motel today to book my grandmother a room but the man denied me because he thought I was a prostitute and he then asked me if I could bring my grandmother to the window so that he could see her even though she just had eye surgery so when I brought my grandmother and my grandfather to the window then he stated that all he needed a different ID so we gave him one then I was waiting to pay for the room and he told me he could not except my cash so then I went to go get my mother and he still gave us a hard time if my grandmother did not need this room because she just had eye surgery and we are trying to keep her closer to our house I swear I would not be here trying to get a room for him but everywhere else is booked up they have such a bad customer service how do you racially profiled someone thinking that just because I’m black and I’m driving a certain type of car but I’m not dressed up that I am a prostitute I really felt so violated and disrespected and hurt I never judge anyone off their character are they are they gender are they race and this man just racially profile me as a prostitute and would not take my cash or my car for that matter so I had to go get my mother from home to get my grandmother this room I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever just because of their customer service in how they treat you as if you’re beneath them and that is not the case God created us all as one

Pure Nightmare
Reviewed By Dan BI checked in and turned around and a line of people were complaining about no hot water. I turned back around to the clerk and asked for a refund as I di not need a room with no hot water. She informed me that she could do nothing about the wrong she just did me. I would have to wait and get a refund if then at ten am for some reason. I went to the room and the tv did not work there was no heat and the sink was clogged and nasty. I asked for another room but they said sold out and lied and said there would be hot water in the morning. They let me know how much I was appreciated when they laughed at me for complaining about freezing and being dirty in the morning. Avoid this disaster.
