The Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant features authentic Chinese cuisine, award-winning dim sum, and a wide selection of Chinese teas. Tastefully decorated with warm burlwood panels and raw silk wall coverings, Celestial Court exemplifies Oriental style.
Located inside the Sheraton Hotel, the Celestial Court Restaurant serves really good dim sum. Reservations were made for noon on a Wednesday. It was semi crowded - there were still available tables. We ordered a few dim sum dishes and the notable good items were the BBQ pork buns and black sesame roll. They were both quite unique. Also, the siu mai was quite tasty.Definitely not a cheap restaurant but you can sit comfortably without being rushed. For a party of 4, we spent around 1000 HKD for 5 dim sum dishes, 1 vegetable dish and 3 desserts.

Located on the 103rd floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, Café 103 is an elegant yet relaxed lounge in Hong Kong offering signature afternoon tea, lunch and dinner buffet.
Booked as a birthday tea for my wife. Email correspondence with the 103 team was excellent with a window seat reserved and details of a birthday greeting provided. Window table was spot on, view from the 103rd floor towards Hong Kong island were spectacular to say the least. The afternoon tea for 2 was beautifully presented and didnât disappoint. Petric provided a wonderful service even securing another window seat in the main Bar & Lounge to finish off our drinks in comfort and style. All in all a great experience and excellent service!Dear MarklandAlba,It is a great pleasure to read your 5-star review of Café 103.We really do appreciate your kind words and will be sure to personally applaud Petric for her great service to you. Inspired by the iconic food markets of Asia and Europe, with their vibrant atmosphere and abundant fresh produce, Hotel ICON presents a restaurant unlike any other. The Market's open kitchens serve international delights from antipasti to laksas to grille
The room is freezing- wear a jumper. The buffet is AUD $56 which is a ridiculous price for breakfast particularly considering the food was not great. The steamed dim sum offerings were all stone cold. The fruit selection was poor. The so called freshly made juices were freshly juiced carrots with other juices poorer in out of jugs. The tea was so weak I couldnât drink it. The yoghurt was terrible. There were other good things like made to order omelettes but not enough to compensate for the very high price. This hotel is absolutely great with amazing views and really lovely rooms. Itâs a shame the breakfast was such a let down.Dear louloubelleThank you very much for taking the time to share your review with us and bringing your unsatisfactory experience to our concern. We always strive to provide our guests with a memorable experience and I am sad to learn that the food and environment at The Market did not meet your expectations. I have personally communicated with the kitchen team regarding the food quality, and we assure you that more attention would be paid to food temperature and freshness. We would also strive to source better food selections and rotate the menu from time to time to ensure our guests have an unique dining experience every time upon dining at The Market. As a huge thank you to all of our prestigious in-house guests, we are now offering an exclusive 15% discount on food and beverage consumption at any of our restaurants during the stay. Please contact us for more information.Once again, thank you very much for choosing to stay at Hotel ICON and sharing your feedback with us. Very good brunch, the Banana Nutella French crepe was super yummy and Iâll definitely go back there to have it again soon I also loved the scallops and mushrooms galette. Nice environment, not too cold as some restaurants in HK, I recommend it :)

Came here because Iâm staying nearby and based in reviews.Ordered a bunch of dishes. Sushi was sensational albeit horribly expensive for the top end tuna (usd 10 per piece). But totally worth it. Eel skewer was good. But thatâs pretty much where the good news ends. Tempura sweet potato were undercooked and floury. Scallop was expensive over cooked and just not that tasty. My last 2 dishes were forgotten. Wen I enquired after 30 min the waiter told me they take longer because the beef is frozen. Not surprisingly the beef skewer was chewed and horrible.Overall the raw fish was amazing but thatâs about it. Meal was expensive overall and really use soso

Where to eat Chinese food in Hong Kong: The Best Restaurants and Bars

My wife told me that we were going to have Japanese food for dinner, and it was Akita Hamayaki. It was located at Observatory Court, around 7 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.Their menu was very extensive, offering ala carte menu as well as several choices for their set meal. In the end we go for Hokkaido set. It consisted of appetizer, cooked items, grilled items, rice and desserts etc. Lychee fruity sparkling cocktail - It was gassy and refreshing cool, sweet as well. It has slight alcohol content and strong lychee taste. As we spent at least $300 per person, we were entitled for a game. We were asked to grab as many prawns as possible with one hands and those prawns will be complimentary. We requested it to be grilled and was fresh and chewy. Blow fish jerky - Mayo sauce was provided to enhance the taste and it was chewy and meaty, not too overly hard. Poached clams with seaweed and sake - Soup was tasty and clear, with slight sake taste. Clams were juicy and chewy as well.Australian wagyu beef rib - It was cooked till very flavourful, abit salty though. It was tender and smooth, with the marinated sauce enhancing the taste. Live oyster - It was grilled till very juicy, and the oyster was fat and meaty. It was creamy as well. Abalone - It took quite awhile for it to be cooked as the texture of the abalone was quite thick. The waiter still applied some garlic to the abalone to make it more flavourful. It was very chewy and fresh, like rubber in texture. Creamy crab paste - Crab paste was cooked till very creamy and thick in texture. It was tasty and flavourful, and crispy snacks were provided to go along with the crab paste. Kyushu snow crab - Even after it was grilled, it was still juicy and fresh. The meat was easy to remove from the shell, but it was slightly soft. Foil roasted black truffle paste with wild mushroom - It was wrapped with aluminium foil and grilled with it. Mushroom was chewy and juicy, with strong black truffle taste. Seafood rice porridge - It was cooked till the texture was thick and there were alot of ingredients in it such as scallops, prawns and squids etc. It was tasty and seafood was fresh as well. Green tea ice cream was creamy and slightly sweet, with strong green tea taste.
