Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Easter Island. Located in the South Pacific more than 2,000 miles off the Chilean coast, Easter Island’s not the easiest place to reach. (If you’re interested, the easiest access is by air from Santiago or Tahiti.) But isolation has helped preserve the 1,500-year-old mysterious congregation of volcanic rock sculptures (maoi) that’s the island’s biggest claim to fame. After exploring the unique landscape, relax on an uncrowded beach and ponder one of the most mysterious places on Earth.

First night on the island, we were recommended here. After traveling for the last 4 months, we wanted some "comfort food" to ordered a pizza. BEST PIZZA we have had in years! Better than anything back home!Went back and ordered several seafood meals (over two visits). While we were not all that keen on the "fried fish," the "mar y tierra" was absolutely fantastic.

Our guide, who was Rapa Nui herself, recommended Te Ra'ai as the most authentic show and food on Easter Island. It lived up to her referral with lovely island music and terrific food. There are food options for vegetarians. Wine and non-alcoholic drinks accompany the meal, which is served buffet style, The food is cooked in an underground "oven" luau style. There are also salads available. Try the dessert, which is a local treat. The dancers are very energetic and really into giving a good performance. Best thing is they pick you up form your hotel and deliver you back, so you don't have to worry about finding its location as it is a bit out of town. Check for performance times as they alternate nights with other such restaurants on the island.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This hotel and restaurant is so beautifully built and has a spectacular ambiance. The food is out of this world. Home made biscuits, sauces, gnocchi, pizza, Osso bucco and creme brûlée to complete your meal.Obviously someone has really taken the time here and thought about everything they r doing. Highly recommend! Also they have movie night on Saturday and Monday. Tonight they are showing Rapa Nui.
