Unfortunately itâs been 6 months since last visit. But boy has the wait been worth it. Took friends that have never been before and they are over the moon about, The food. The service and the staff.We go to several Indian Restaurants, both in Spain and the U.K., and by far the Taj Mahal in Chiclana is the best. Every dish we had was so tasty. Hot and well presented. If your in Chiclana, give it a try. You wonât be disappointed.

We joined our friends for lunch last Saturday. They had been once before and enjoyed it and thought we should all go. I have to say I drive by this restaurant on a daily basis and have never noticed it before. It sort of blends into its surroundings and is easy to miss. We all found many favorite dishes on the menu, but settled in dim sum, shrimp udon, tempura shrimp and a bowl of lovely ramen. Then we shared the two-for-one sushi selection. The only disappointment was the shrimp tempura. We had good service, they offer a wide selection of Asian dishes which we found enjoyable. One thing worth mentioning, however, is they do âshort pourâ their wine. Even amongst ourselves we noticed some glasses were even less than others. This is a practice which drives the check average up of course. Takes the edge off the reasonable price of the food. We will go back however as overall a very nice addition to the complement of local restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

It's my favourite Indian when I am in the Chiclana area, the food is great with inside or alfresco dining option available. The location is really good near the beach, bars and ice cream parlours. All you favourite Indian dishes are on the menu, ask the staff if you want your dish extra spicy. The service was good and the staff are friendly and efficient. Finished off the meal with a complimentary liquor which was a nice touch.Thank you!
