I had some work in the area and booked 24 nights at this hotel.I am a diamond member . I had checked In digitally on my Hilton app , chose a room on higher floor but it never showed my room ready even after 3pm. So I had to check in person at the front desk which is fine and no big deal. What's the point of digital check in? During my first week of stay, I didn’t receive proper house keeping service even after talking to the front desk in person and on phone from the room . Very poor communication between front desk and house keeping department? I saw Hairs on bathroom floor and I called to have proper cleaning , an English speaking house keeping supervisor comes to my room and says “this is ridiculous “ few times to me. Went down and spoke to Macy Arriola , so called “ guest service manager” to have house keeping service but she was very rude and told me “ “go stay at another hotel if you don’t like it here!” From that day on, I rarely ever looked back at the front desk employee and it gave me very bad vibe . How can they talk.to their guests like this ? no courtesy or respect for your customers ? I left voicemail to the general manager Richard sasso and he never reached out to me . I had to extend my stay in the area for another week and called the manager but they lied to me about calling back the next day . As a guest with lots of choice , I don’t care if they don’t want my business . But all these shows how terribly they deal with their guests . They act as if their run a 1 star motel or something like that . I forgot her name but one of the front desk lady was super nice, frank and helped me print some papers from the printing machine . I started to receive proper House keeping service after the first week and I don’t blame the house keeping ladies for lack of proper communication from the front desk employees . These house keeping ladies are hard working and good. The breakfast is just about average. The laundry on 6 and 3rd floor don’t work . After the wash , my clothes were soapy, the dryers have no heat and I had to dry the clothes in my room. Just a waste of lots of coins and your time. Hilton can do much better then this with better guest managers. I don't recommend this property for long stay!

Loved everything about our stay; rooms, common areas, rooftop deck, friendly hard working staff! Only had a problem with catered box lunches order on Saturday. Also the Sales staff is great. Likely to come back when we are in the area.

On check in my room literally had trash on the floor (wrapper, plastic cup, cap, etc.) there was hair in and round the sink, and the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice. The living space had twice as much furniture as needed, which made it difficult to move around.

The hotel has been undergoing renovation. The experience has gotten worse each time I stay there. 1st time was the noise level. 2nd time is the big crowd in the hotel and the shower got clogged without much service. 3rd time is that they change locks for the rooms without prior notice that I had to go up and go down to get new keys. The sound proof is not so good. If you have a noisy neighbor, you can hear everything. The location is convenient, other than that there is nothing to attract me to come back again.

Comfortable, clean, and super friendly staff. Convenient location if you have wheels. Will be our new regular hotel when visiting family in the area. Early checkin was available for platinum members, which was great. Room was spacious enough for us and the kitchen was we’ll appointed.

This place is a rip off. $220 per night gets you outdated, dirty, old room. The windows have wood shutters for drapes/curtains. The shutters didn’t work so the way they kept them shut was with band aids and plastic tape and it did not work let alone keep the light out. Duct tape would have worked better!! The bathroom was dirty and the size of a stamp. There is no restaurant, bar or room service just overpriced junk snacks in the lobby. Parking off a public self pay 3/4 blk away. A Motel 6 off the freeway would be cleaner Give your money to someone that cares!!

I went with a friend; we had two rooms and checked in separately. We both had a nice check in experience and the fellow behind the desk was very nice and super helpful. Angela was nice too. The third person I met at the desk (hexagonal glasses, sedentary, big eye-roller) was very difficult. The usual things you ask for at this kind of hotel--can I get an extra key?, where is breakfast served? How do I get to the pool?--are a bridge too far. Punch line is my friend and I didn't talk about it till we left; he called her the eye-roller, and said when she was there, the security guard (nice too) was his only hope. My friend said he just tried to save his questions or requests for when eye-roller with hexagonal glasses was on break or off-duty.

Since America’s first 18-hole golf course was sculpted from Chicagoland soil in 1893, the sport of golf has evolved into one of the country’s greatest traditions. For generations since, Chicago has laid claim to being one of North America’s great golf destinations. That tradition continues today at The Glen Club, Tom Fazio’s North Shore masterpiece, which has become Chicago’s premier golf address. Located at the former site of the Glenview Naval Air Station, The Glen Club sits at the heart of a 195-acre refuge that features rolling terrain, dramatic elevation changes, tranquil lakes, meandering streams and stunning vistas, including the Chicago skyline in the distance. This Top-100 Golf Course* will test each golfer’s mettle, while a majestic 48,000 square foot clubhouse features superb dining, tastefully appointed overnight accommodations, a grand ballroom and the finest in corporate amenities. From sophisticated business and dining areas to overnight accommodations to attentive service, The Glen Club is dedicated to making a visit the ultimate in comfort, convenience and privilege.
Salads were fresh, plentiful and delicious. Fish was fresh and nicely presented on rice and vegetables. Service was very accommodating and quick. It’s basically a bar restaurant in a golf club setting but the food was good quality and plentiful. Very competent service and thoughtful
