An 11-room boutique Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Chicago's hottest neighborhood, the West Loop. The Publishing House will change your perception of how good a B&B can be. The former Free Methodist Publishing House was built in 1909 and has been completely renovated in 2017 into 11 beautifully appointed en suite rooms, expansive living areas, and seriously awesome breakfast. For travelers and locals alike, the Publishing House is your house.
I really want The Publishing House to stay a secret. It is such a cozy, lovely, wonderful place to stay. From the Press Room wine bar in the basement to the creative delicious breakfasts to the coziest bed I have experienced at any hotel/bed&breakfast. The West Loop area around the Publishing House is full of great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. We never had any issue getting an Uber or Lyft and there is a pink/green line stop just a few blocks away. We stayed in the Everleigh which is spacious and filled with light. The steam shower alone would bring me back, such a delight after a long day walking around Chicago. We truly enjoyed our stay. Of course the highlight for everyone were Angus & Louie who we spent a quiet evening with in front of the fireplace, such gentlemen.

Always enjoy our visit in Chicago- Stayed with hosts Teddy & ‘Brick’ last Saturday - the night life of drinkers, diners and dog walkers is part of the Leavitt Street experience. The Inn is well appointed for a couple, solo or rent all three rooms for your small party get away. Shared kitchenette and private balcony are added extras. Modern design and still Midwest cozy. We ordered the ‘smash burger’ and fries for dinner and dined in our room, as the 7 pm dinner hour was very packed (a great sign!!) Great staff, great hosts and awesome community feeling of OldSchool friendly meets modern Midwest Chicago #BearsStillSuck

The Wicker Park Inn is a boutique B&B located in a trendy neighborhood full of great restaurants, shops, cafes and nightlife and is just 15 minutes away from downtown. We offer luxurious guest rooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms and beautifully designed with luxurious decor and unique details such as exposed brick walls, wallpaper accents, decorative fireplace, skylights, and hard wood floors. Our apartments are equally luxurious with fully equipped kitchens.
The Wicker Park Inn is a beautiful brick "2 Flat" style building transformed into a boutique hotel. The room was lovely with windows overlooking the quiet, tree lined residential street. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The L runs right behind the building and can be heard, but in the front of the building it just sounded like the hum of an air conditioner and I didn't notice it at all after the first day. Everything was perfect during my stay. I will definitely return.

Clean, large unit, comfortable bed, very quiet and complimentary breakfast was delish. Owner was very nice with a flexible check-in. Tip - walk to Halstead (few blocks away) for the best options on food and beverages.

House 5863 is an absolute gem in the Chicago Andersonville neighborhood. This B & B is not fancy but very clean and comfortable room with bath and includes the usual amenities (hairdryer, shampoo, ect.) A kitchen down the hall offers a generous selection of continental breakfast and snack items. This B&B is an easy walk to a plethora of Andersonville restaurants and boutique shops. Owner Erick was very helpful-gave me a plug for my phone charger when I discovered I had come without one. Thank you, Erick!
