So we provide almost everything you needed to feel as your home and feel being fair. such as free wifi , free breakfast , free parking, Early check in and check out ( any time ) upon available. Kitchen are free to use and cook , free lounge to use, Salt swimming pool and free bicycle to use and extra bed are free upon request, no extra charge for thing like this at all. So all comment will be very useful for us and we will try our best to make sure our service are more than any other hotel.

Reviewed By jamieliddWe loved our stay at Villa Thapae. Only 5 rooms and had the place to ourselves for two of the nights. Beautiful grounds and pool, nice rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast which was included was also amazing. The location is close to all the sights but in a quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended

Reviewed By PollyTanPLThis is our first time visit to Chiang Mai. Unexpectedly, the accommodation is great, the villa’s staffs are friendly and helpful. They have provided all the information that we required. Even they have helped us to arrange a fabulous day tour. The stay in this hotel make us feel at home. The owner, Mr. Lee treats all guest as family members, whatever request we asked for, he will accommodate. The hotel has arranged car pick up from and to airport free. Also, they have free shuttles 2 times a day to Old City, it was so convenient. They change their breakfast menu everyday, although not a lot of variety but just nice for a fresh day. The cook even treat us dumplings free even it was not the usual breakfast. We like our stay in this hotel very much! Thanks to Mr. Lee and his staffs. We are pretty sure to visit them again very soon.

Reviewed By 918biancabThe location was great and so easy to walk around with lots of nice places to eat nearby. Right near the Sunday market which was handy. The service from the staff was great, I would say definitely ignore the odd terrible review on here as that’s clearly just a personal bad experience. Breakfast was a reasonable selection and the drinks in the cafe were to a high standard. They helped organise a cab at a good price for us and offered us tours whilst we were there at a fair price although we didn’t go with any in the end. Pool area was relaxing despite the heat at the time!

Rungnara is a very rare 10 rooms private pool villa re opened November 2018 four completely renovated and six new rooms with private bathrooms, A/C, TV, WiFi ,Free Breakfast. We are located at a quiet and secluded location,17 km N from Thaphae Gate . Most of the activities are located outside city, so easier for you to reach. Motorbikes can be rented or nearby free and 5,7 seaters own cars for rent. Also we own a horse, fish farm and lake. You can enjoy it too.
New owner makes a relaxed, friendly family atmosphere

It's been beautifully renovated by the new owner, with a communal outdoor kitchen that guests can use but where the owners provide a hot breakfast each morning. We loved meeting families from around the world, sitting at a table or by the pool, and our child loved playing with other kids in the pool.

This place took great care of the basics - daily cleaning, prompt laundry service (included!), etc. the kitchens are clean and very well-stocked. Otherwise they leave you alone to your comings and goings. I enjoyed the secure badge-access to the gated entry to the property. It is close to sooo many things in old-town!

Reviewed By misss bI stayed there with my friends for leisure trip. It was a wonderful 4 days 3 nights. The staffs were really helpful with service mind. Breakfast selections were awesome. I got to have both Western and Lanna breakfast styles. I love everything to be precise haha from the decor to their bedding. Also the hotel is very close to attractions. We could walk to famous cafe and enjoy the heart of the city. Definitely will come back :)

The property is comfortable and perhaps best visited during the warmer months when the pool can be appreciated more. Various size cabins are on offer, each painted individually, making a lively and colorful display, with an overall feeling of magic. Nice!

Old room but near nigh market
Reviewed By Hien-SGNRoom is old, but very close to sat night market. Wifi is always unstable, has free 1 bottle of water everyday. Staffs are friendly but not good at english speaking skill, this hotel has safe also. Very quite even next to night market.

Reviewed By King0110Stayed here for 03 nights in a Standard Room on 2nd floor. Located at the end of a alley. The room was quite small, but cozy, nice decoration and big window to garden view. The ground floor is a coffee shop also check in counter. Breakfast had two options for us. Friendly staff, helped us to show around, book car, taxi, etc... Totally this was a good choice for reliable price hotel at Chiang Mai.
