Things to do in San Pa Tong
The rural setting for this eatery is beautiful - a series of intimate tables under the tropical trees. The name Lhongkhao Tummuan can be translated as Grandad's rice barn. However my wife's Thai dishes were very average and my fish and chips tasteless (the chips were not properly made but oven chips). Although the food was disappointing it is a wonderful place to share an intimate glass of beer or a coffee.

Recently went here for lunch and to be honest food is average. The menu is huge so many items to choose from. This has just recently open as the Pancake House so I dare say they are still getting there footing.Great if your needing a western food hit
Welcome
Visited this coffee shop/restaurant having read the reviews on Trip Advisor. Firstly, the place is still in development although it is open. It may be even better in say 6 months time. They are still landscaping the lake and this will soon be a wakeboarding venue. The food is ok, ok in the sense that its reasonably priced and decent sized portions. The restaurant area needs a bot of attention in terms of the furniture and layout as it appeared to be a bit unorganised but I'm sure this will come when they are fully developed and up and running proper. We had a fair number of dishes for our party of four and most of the dishes were ok, I did feel that some of the dishes i.e. fried chicken wings were a bit oily and the oil tasted like it had been used many times over (same problem in many Thai restaurants). I'll definitely give this venue another try in maybe 6 months time to see if it has improved.
My husband, his colleague and I visited this tiny, quaint restaurant last week in its new location. It is not in Kad Farang. We had a rather pricey bottle of French red wine, which was enjoyable and weâd order it again. The food on the menu is inexpensive and very good. The proprietor is French. You can dine outside or in, where there is air conditioning.
We serve specialty coffee beans from the best roasters from Chiang Mai, Thailand. We believe health is the main ingredient to happiness. You're always one healthy, yummy meal away from an escape to the happiness time with your beloved one.
Open Tues-Sun 0800-1700, closed Mondays. A clean, attractive air-conditioned café with extensive backyard that features treehouse-like seating and a toddlerâs play area with sandpit. The outside seating has a lot of misters to keep you cool. I visited on a Sunday and it appears to be a favorite with locals...I was the only expat there. Service is prompt, in English, and very friendly. Coffee is good and at standard prices for the city (which means cheaper than in tourist areas). Tried the fried cheese - it was deliciously unhealthy!
On the outer edge of CM. (108)Well worth a visit to HangDong. It's on a soi full of home furnishings shops, specialising in handmade products and on the way here could see many wicker weavers shops. From baskets to lounge chairs for swimming pools. Now to Love Me (My) Cafe !Wowed on entering That a delightful and well thought out restaurant and cafe.Very shady outside seating alongside a small stream from their waterfall feature. Indoor seating available with glass walls so you can still feel your in the garden. The beverages are very good.My friend ordered English Tea and found it to be a bit strong so returned it, the manager very kindly came out and inquired about the problem. My friend was offered a different brew of Jasmine and it was Smiles all around We enjoyed a lunch for 4.Fish cakes & Chips Pork LoinSalmon Grilled and I had Fish & Chips So tasty and well made.Clean Plates returned The staff are helpful and very friendly which makes the cafe a very pleasant and happy visit.

If you're in the area, this is a fun place to stop into. Situated on a hill, you can see out into the valley and relax on lounge chairs or sit beneath fans with water misters. Lots of cakes and frothy drinks for those with sweet teeth.
