Whenever we're at our farm in Vermont, we always try to get to Starry Night Café often as it's the best fine dining in Addison County. The menu is relatively small, but there are always a broad range of choices, which are creatively prepared and thoughtfully presented. The wine list has an outstanding selection of US and imported wines that you don't see everywhere. Don't be bashful about trying a wine at Starry that you haven't had before---you won't be disappointed. And you can always ask Amanda for some advice.

Paulines's consistently delivers an excellent meal with very attentive service. The french onion soup is always a great start. Shelburne Farms chicken is our entree of choice. This tender chicken breast in a robust cheese sauce is a standout. Desserts are excellent as well.

Stopped in for lunch with friends, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Great service, and a varied menu where anyone could find something they would like. Reasonably priced. Obviously a favorite with locals. Papa Nick's has a very inviting, family-friendly atmosphere, and we would go back again soon.

My daughter and I drove down from Burlington. Excellent appetizers- scallop cakes, pumpkin chevre and entrees of salmon and brie/bacon chicken. Excellent, super flavors, best meal I've had in this area. I would offer olive oil for dipping bread and the flourless chocolate cake was not as chocolatey as I had hoped but the caramel sauce was excellent It's small, but cozy reminiscent of a Parisian café. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and wine (Cote du Rhone very good). Get a reservation.

All natural premium fresh-baked cookies and frozen cookie dough available year round. Our Cookie Love "Love Shack" is the home of a hopping summer ice cream window serving "Vermont's Best Creemee"! (that's what the locals call soft serve ice cream).
Everyone for miles around has been telling me that Vermont Cookie Love has the best maple creemies anywhere. I finally succumbed and concur- delicious! Because they use local dairy products, these are special, and worth the higher price for a summer treat.

We stopped here for lunch after climbing Mt. Philo. It's like a little deli with sandwiches to order, some prepared foods, soft drinks/beer, and aisles of snacks. They also sell guitar strings. We both got veggie sandwiches that were delicious-all the veggies were fresh. They cost about $7 each. There's one small table inside and a bigger one outside. Definitely recommended if you're in the area.

Very small restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch. I had a vegetable quiche and mamgo infused chai ice tea. Both were excellent. Their breakfast items look very inyeresting as well

I like coffee but I Love Mocha's. Like ramen I do taste tests across North America. They take third coffee very seriously but this place for me has the best Mocha I have ever had.

Opening Memorial Day weekend 2016 for the summer season! Featuring: • Intelligentsia coffee • specialty iced latte • 16 flavors of ice cream • great shakes • casual food • and hot dogs!
It's an ice cream café, so not cordon bleu, for goodness' sake - but an appealing space, appealing vibe, consistently friendly staff. Lovely spot to pause for a restorative i.c. - great coffee, too, so the affogato carries an enthusiastic recommendation.
The available flavors rotate energetically, and on a recent visit neither vanilla nor chocolate were available - so be prepared to be flexible.

The pink pig is a cosy little café, they serve breakfast until 2pm and the avocado breakfast sandwich is delicious. I have been there with friends who have ordered others sandwiches which have all looked delicious and fresh. Most of the produce comes from local farms and they also serve great coffee, including cappuccino and mocha!
