Reviews on Lebanese food in N'Djamena, Chad. N’Djamena (/əndʒɑːˈmeɪnɑː/; French: N'Djaména; Arabic: انجمينا‎ Injamīnā) is the capital and largest city of Chad. A port on the Chari River, near the confluence with the Logone River, it directly faces the Cameroonian town of Kousséri, to which the city is connected by a bridge. It is also a special statute region, divided into 10 arrondissements. It is a regional market for livestock, salt, dates, and grains. Meat, fish and cotton processing are the chief industries, and the city continues to serve as the center of economic activity in Chad.

Restaurant Layalina

The food was spectacular, both in volume and in taste. The sampler was enough to feed two or more people and at 10000CFA it's hard to beat that, given the taste.Layalina offers hookah service and appears to be a social scene for many to chat over Lebanese fare and some shisha. The setting was the only real downside. Certainly there is plenty of space to seat large groups and find a quiet corner to chat, but it lacked a bit of energy that has been observed at other yummy N'Djamena eateries. May be Friday night was an off night, so I'll return again.

The hummus, pita bread, falafel, tabouli etc. were darn tasty, and it was fun to watch the rabbits running around the place. Yep. Live bunnies hopping under the tables -- cute, not annoying!

Passez votre chemin.
