The food and service at this small restaurant are remarkable. Very friendly place with comfortable seating. Un-rushed meal during which we could watch the chef at work. The quality of the ingredients and the care of preparation is very high. This is a true gem of a restaurant.One word of caution for the not-too-able; the toilets are up a steep staircase

Again another review for this place as I've been back here again. This place most probably has the most extensive local cabernet franc wines in Chinon, I've eaten and drunk their wines here on many occasions and I've NEVER been disappointed. The owners are lovely and welcoming as are their staff. You will need to book.

Situated in a pedestrianised street this is perfect for people-watching as the service isn't exactly quick.However the presentation and quality of my starter - poached egg in a mushroom sauce was excellent. My main course of breadcrumbed fish was exactly the opposite, and the tarte aux pomme dessert fared little better.With a little attention to detail this could have been a much better experience.Bonjour Chers Clients, Tout d'abord je tiens à vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps d'écrire un avis pour nous donner votre opinion sur notre établissement. Notre carte des vins est basée principalement sur des crus locaux, nombreux millésimes et surtout une bonne relation avec nos vignerons, ce qui permet à nos clients d'aller visiter leurs caves, de faire une dégustation et de les rencontrer.
