Colonia Tovar (English: Tovar Colony) is a town of Venezuela, capital of the municipality Tovar in Aragua state. Founded in 1843 by a group of immigrants from the then independent state of the Grand Duchy of Baden (later incorporated into Germany), it is characterized by the maintenance of the cultural imprint of their origin, so it is called "the Germany of the Caribbean". The economy depends primarily on agriculture and tourism; and the town is located 42 km (26 mi) from Caracas. The Colonia is known for its temperate crops (peaches, strawberries, beets, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, chard, broccoli, lettuce, onions and potatoes) and their derivatives. Since 1990 it has shown a high rate of population growth, rising from 3,373 to 21,000 inhabitants in 2016.

A pesar de ser un sitio temático para los amantes de las motos y carros, es bien agradable para cualquier público. La ambientación sin ser recargada está bien cool, atención de primera y varios ambientes., HacÃa falta un sitio asà en los Altos Mirandinos, para relajarse tomarse algo y comerse unas excelentes pizzas, recomiendo la pizza Café Racer, con jamón serrano, rúgula y parmesano, excelente!. Vale lo que cuesta, hace falta relajarse de vez en cuando.

En tarde puedes comer Hamburguesas, Pizzas, tomar un refresco, cerveza o cocteles, y el la noche puedes ir a rumbear, si vas de rumba te recomiendo ir a partir de las 10 u 11 PM ya que si vas antes no va a haber mucho ambiente y pocas personas, no vayas con short, gorra o en franela. En las noches generalmente trabajan con servicio de bebidas.

They make their pizzas fast, and they all take the same time in the oven. This means if you order yours with 2-3 ingredients, it will be perfect. Too many ingredients, they don't broil so well. Having uncooked bell pepper on your pizza is not nice. Pepperoni pizza is good.

Nice assortments of chicken, grill and barbecue. Refreshing sangria and fruit juices by the glass or the pitcher. Great for family or big groups informally gathering. The only con would be the lack of air conditioning in a hot city. Take away available.
