Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Entebbe. Entebbe is a major town in Central Uganda. On a Lake Victoria peninsula, approximately 37 kilometres (23 mi) southwest of the Ugandan capital, Kampala, it was once the seat of government for the Protectorate of Uganda prior to independence, in 1962. Entebbe is the location of Entebbe International Airport, Uganda's largest commercial and military airport, best known for the dramatic rescue of 100 hostages kidnapped by the resistance group of the PFLP-EO and Revolutionary Cells (RZ) organizations. Entebbe is also the location of State House, the official office and residence of the President of Uganda.

This is a smart place, especially the upstairs lounge, and offers good food and drink in a friendly and comfortable environment. The food was nothing so special, but chicken wings and pizzas were produced quickly and when we couldn't finish them the waiter happily packed them up for us to take home. Good range of drinks - even if the waiter wasn't too sure of his spirits. Wi-fi doesn't work so well outside on the terrace which is a pity, and I was inconvenienced by the fact that they don't take cards, only cash. Never mind, I'll go back.

Part of the hotel with tha same name. With tables on the beach, great location!
Whenever I go to Entebbe, this is the place I go for good fish and cold beer to chill the heat. The restaurant is nice with view at Victoria Lake, but its service is very slow. If you order fish you may need to wait for about an hour to get it. If you are really hungry and impatient to wait, do not go to this place unless to grab some food on the way.Pizza is also an option, but if you are Italian, ordering pizza in Africa will be an insult to your national dish :)I still recommend this place although the improvement of services is always a must.
Really lovely pizza. Good base and generous amotoppings and Much better than Annaâs corner on the same road. Many thanks!

This place is run by the Malayaka House orphanage. The young people who work here are learning an occupation (cooking, serving, money exchange), while you are eating a very tasty pizza. Also has delicious mozarella sticks to start. Beer and a pizza - while helping an orphanage - what could be better?Open only on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. A little hard to find, but ask any of the ex-Pats in Entebbe and they can probably lead you there. Or, better yet, take a local taxi (called a private hire) and they should be able to get you there. It's in the heart of Entebbe, just off the beaten track.

Our Beach Restaurant offers you a variety of great food and drinks. The spot has become very popular due to the wonderful view, good service and delicious food. Occasionally we do BBQ parties and have a live band playing african music. We are looking forw
Thereâs an upstairs deck overlooking Lake Victoria. Or dine downstairs with a table right on the lake. We enjoyed both the Caesar and green salad(delicious, fresh, and large enough to share and the banana leaf steamed tilapia. Also huge portion and large enough to share. Nice food, good pricing

The ambiance, food, beers and live music are all good. I went here to link up with some business acquaintances for a few drinks and eats prior to flying home. Everything was nice. Outside seating overlooking Lake Victoria provides a great setting to enjoy the evening and Friday night traditional music and dance routine. Check this place out.
