Great consistency and immediate customer support. If there is any issue, management is very crucial and keen when it comes to feedback. Good work from Wesley and Hillary. The service is quick and reliable. Consistency is what gets me to come back everytime; it is, hands-down, the best burger shop in Nairobi. This restaurant (best to book as it can get busy) is part of the Graze chain and all the better for it. Top quality food and even better wine and superb service in a cosy ambiance part of the very plush Sankara hotel (soon to be renamed). Prices are high for Nairobi but considering the quality of the offerings well worth it. Compared to most western Michelin quality restaurants, this place is a bargain. Finally, after dinner, take a turn up to the top floor and enjoy a drink by the swimming pool. Dress up and take a taxi to the hotel for the best experience. Security is very high too.

A large variety of steaks to the satisfaction of the customers, well cooked, very good service, pleasant environment, fairly priced... Admittedly, we found ourselves a bit confused by the tips we got regarding what to order as they seemed conflicting, and we ended up ordering the steaks that we not to our liking... Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the steaks that came were cooked to perfection and both the sauces and side dishes were of equal comparability in perfection. Outstanding service and excellent barbecued meats. In addition, the mushroom soup, salad bar, and fried pineapple with cinnamon are delicious. Most of all, itâs really great that everyone of the servers treat you so nice like family.

Had some bittings here before heading out to zip line.
