Find out what Barbecue restaurants to try in Cascais. A coastal town just 20 miles west of Lisbon, Cascais was once a small fishing village, but its idyllic scenery attracted the attention of artists, writers and expelled European nobility in the 20th century. Today, it still attracts high society, but all society comes in force to enjoy the gorgeous beaches and adventure options like sailing and surfing. The Conde de Castro Guimarães Museum, a former palace, is now open to the public and displays an impressive collection of art and artifacts.

I found this place thanks to a friend's suggestion. Food is great quality (and cheap from a tourist's perspective - which is always appreciated). We were two and had two menus, with picanha and secretos de porco. Pork was perfectly cooked, picanha a bit hard. Great piri piri sauce. We had to leave some french fries because we were full! The place is outside the normal tourist routes in the area so there you'll mostly find locals eating a quick lunch. Can get quite warm to sit outside during the summer. Overall, recommend!

Absolutely the best place in Cascais for rotisserie chicken. Itâs a favorite with the locals especially the piri piri chicken. So delicious served with tasty fries at a very affordable price. Located off the main tourist streets but walking distance from the village center it is my favorite place now for chicken.
Sounds bold to state but truth is our steaks were utterly sublime...tender...cooked to perfection..the type of meat you always dream of eating now and then... Chef Pedro came to greet us and explain the origins of their meats..cooked in state of the art Josper ovens..and we appreciated his time..place is also cosy..great staff..we will be back! Even by the picture Im sure you can see how much we were enjoying it
